deluxe room shown on the site is very good but when I reach hotel deluxe room is not good it look like standard room..I complained on reception for this they said no sir it is deluxe room but it's not like that shown.

The hotel was very good and the location was very near to the railway station. Just a 5 min walk. The services were top notch. The receptionist actually helped us a lot by keeping our luggage. Absolutely loved my stay at Treebo GK Residency! The rooms were super clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my stay. I especially appreciated how quick they were with room service and how polite they were at the front desk. The location is perfect — peaceful yet close to everything I needed. Breakfast was delicious with good variety. Definitely recommending this place to anyone visiting the area. Will surely come back again!

Word experience i have ever had , my date of check out is 15 april but I made it on 14 april due to sanitization condition is very bad , even that they never check room before they provide it toilet sheet is removed n staff is not familiar . N poor quality of breakfast and I lost my one day rupees because I make earlier check out before one day....fan i working like a aata chakki sound terrible

we checked in around 4.30pm on Mar 23rd and requested them to get us tea and we were very tired but they declined the request by saying that the kitchen is closed. We were ready to pay for snacks and tea as we were travelling since morning and were very tired but they didn't get us anything. We checked out 5.30 in morning as we had a train to catch and the breakfast was included in our stay so we asked them if we can get atleast some discount on our dinner but they didn't agree. Very bad experience in this hotel.
