Service is very poor. Only one person was managing breakfast and there was empty vessels which he was trying to convince us to get it filled in few minutes but was failing to do so

My room was cozy with all the necessary amenities like Wi-Fi, AC, and TV. The nearby malls and restaurants were a bonus. The hotel’s services, including room service and laundry, were excellent. i had a very disappointing experience at hotel treebo gemstone, karol bagh, delhi. the rooms were in terrible condition – poorly maintained. the cleanliness was absolutely lacking, making the stay unpleasant. the washrooms were the worst part, emitting a foul smell that made it hard to even use them properly. the service was equally bad, with unresponsive staff who seemed disinterested in addressing concerns or providing basic hospitality. to make matters worse, the hotel is located in a very congested and polluted area, adding to the discomfort. overall, i would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or hygienic stay.
