Terrible Stay

We recently stayed at this property as senior citizens, accompanied by my wife. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by a disappointing level of service. When we requested a bottle of water, the receptionist bluntly refused to send it to our room and instead instructed us to fetch it ourselves from the 5th floor. Such disregard for guest comfort is completely unacceptable. We have stayed in a wide range of hotels, from budget to luxury, and have never encountered such unprofessional behavior. The hospitality industry thrives on courteous service and guest experience — both of which were sorely lacking here. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and trains its staff to be more respectful and guest-oriented. room lacked adequate place for storage of items especially near dressing table and luggage rack.

property location is good...and hotels rooms also very good. my stay experience. 1) breakfast fast facility is not good, daily common good available on breakfast and no one available during that time service point of view. 2)As per make my trip paid loundry facility available but hotel people deny for service. 3) No one responsible person to care service of customers. 4) only two things is impovee like breakfasts and service other' vise hotel is good
