Room was good but the staff wasn't good. They didn't take any action on wifi issues. We were never able to use wifi in the room as it wasn't even reaching. Breakfast was okay.

This property is close to the beach. But the maintenance of the hotel is poor, the towels were not clean, there were stains on bedsheets. The breakfast were also not good.

Food quality is not good. Breakfast has very limited options. Taste is not good. Amenities and services were poor. They don’t provide even a dental kit. Furniture is also old. Staff is not supportive and very rude. Not worthy for money. Location is very far from main road.

I had a great stay at Treebo Kristal Sands Beach Resort in Calangute, North Goa. The hotel is perfectly located, just a 250-meter walk to Calangute Beach, with markets and restaurants nearby, including Spicy Bella Restaurant just 300 meters away.
