Treebo Laaiba Residency

Stayed for 3 nights. Location on the main road(sv road) and hence easy to get to bombay exhibition center or andheri train station, subject to no traffic jams. Hard to predict traffic conditions in mumbai especially during raining season, isn't it. You basically get what you pay for. So, didn't have many expectations. Overall, room was neat and clean. Breakfast provided is sufficient enough, though you don't have a wide range of products. Quite a few options for lunch & dinner in the vicinity of the Treebo Laaiba Residency. There was no table and chair in the room, though i saw table & chairs in similar rooms under premium category. Wonder why it wasn't provided.

I will admit that there were some issues initially with the room cleanliness. But it turns out that since i checked in late in the night they weren't expecting me. The staff was really understanding and helpful. I got a clean & tidy room. Excellent room service and great location. The safety and hygiene was also nicely taken care of. If you need any printouts like flight boarding passes, rt-pcr also the staff is always helpful.

I travel-led for a business purpose from kerala to mumbai. I stayed at this Treebo Laaiba Residency 3 years ago. That is why i booked the same Treebo Laaiba Residency again. The staff are good and polite. Rooms need little maintenance. But it doesn't affect my stay. Linens are good. Had enough space in the premium room. Overall a good stay.

Liked the location, good staff, various restaurants around, only thing is room was too small to accommodate 3 people and even there was no place for extra bed for third person in which I stayed. But if you staying with family and just 2 in each room, then its the best place. Would come back again in future. Overall nice hospitality.

Decent Treebo Laaiba Residency at a prime location in mumbai. The receptionist and staff are friendly and helpful. Room service is available, however the Treebo Laaiba Residency's restaurant is accessible only for breakfast. The Treebo Laaiba Residency is close to both the international and domestic terminals of mumbai airport.

I traveled to mumbai for business purposes. I stayed at these Treebo Laaiba Residencys 3 years ago. That's why i booked again. Nice Treebo Laaiba Residency and needs some maintenance. Linens are clear. I don't every room has the same quality. But my room was okay. The bathroom needs some maintenance. Overall a nice stay.

Clean rooms and washroom, basic room amenities were available, good water supply, noise free, but the service was very slow. Any request attended by took lot of time. Location was easy to locate. Food quality for lunch/dinner can be improved. Breakfast was very good. Courteous and friendly staff.
