Stay was good.. The room's cleanliness is very good, the bathrooms are neat and clean.. Yet they have not started a restaurant.. Though complimentary snacks are very good.. The location is somewhat far from the airport... Overall a very good living experience..Thanks MMT..

I stayed for 4 nights in Treebo The Living Tree Khairatabad, Hyderabad. It was a very good stay. I had booked a room for our family of three. Cleanliness and behaviour of the staff was upto the mark. Complimentary breakfast was generally good, but can be better. Overall, I'll recommend this hotel for stay in Hyderabad. The price is reasonable, and location is very convenient.

The hotel’s location is superb — right opposite Khairatabad Metro Station, making city travel and sightseeing easy. The Ramoji Film City shuttle pick-up point is nearby, and major attractions are either close or easily reachable. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only downside is the complimentary breakfast, which is limited, repetitive, and lacks options like eggs. Overall, a great choice for families or couples with kids, especially in the premium balcony room that comes with a king-size bed and extra mattress option.
