Wonderful experience. Very comfortable stay. The food, the views from the hotel (reception area) are good. The rooms might be a little on the smaller side but are cozy and very nice.

My stay was just okay. The hotel provided the basic amenities, and the staff were polite but not very responsive. The room was clean but a bit small and lacked proper ventilation. Food options were limited and average in taste. Location was convenient, which was a plus. Overall, it’s fine for a short or budget stay, but don’t expect much comfort or luxury. A decent experience if you’re looking for something simple and affordable.

Poor Stay

We booked a Deluxe Room with a valley view at Treebo Maharaja, but unfortunately, the room we were given did not match what we paid for. The room had no outside or valley view, which was quite disappointing since that was the main reason we chose this property. While the location and basic amenities were decent, the room allocation and service response were not up to the mark. Even after informing the staff, there was no effort to provide the correct room or offer an alternative solution. Overall, it felt like we didn’t get the value for the price paid, and the experience could have been much better with proper room management and customer attention.
