Not organised. Not professional. Room amenities are very poor in quality. You have to keep holding shower knob to get continuous water. Completely breakfast options are very few and even you will not get egg sometimes. Lift was not working and every time I had to use stair case to go go to my room, which was in 3rd floor.

Very bad experience – would not recommend

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room service staff didn’t even bother to ask if cleaning was needed, and the washroom was not properly cleaned either. But the worst part – and the most horrifying – was that the bed was infested with bedbugs. It was absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I will definitely not be booking this hotel again in the future.

No connectivity to Reception

There is no connectivity to the reception. Room phone has been taken away. Damp wall and TV don’t work. Washroom is clean , room is clean. Lift is not working. It get stuck at floor 1. Television not working. There is no phone to connect to reception.

it's was good stay, staff were well behaved and sweet spoken, neat and clean, very near to Railway station. parking was not manageable but no issue arises there. break fast and tea was also good. check in time should be around 1100hrs.

I recently stayed at the treebo nps grand and had a mixed experience. The location was excellent, right in the city center, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the room was a bit dated, with some wear and tear on the furniture. The Wi-Fi was also unreliable at times. On the plus side, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, with a wide variety of options. Overall, I'd rate the hotel a 3.5 out of 5. It's a decent option if you prioritize location and don't mind a few minor issues.

lack of communication in staffs. rooms are average , with water leakage from ac and eating of sofas in the executive is not good. we received soiled sofa , and it was managed with bedsheets to cover the nuisance done on the sofa by previous guest. ery small lift to accommodate.. mostly walked on the stairs than lift because of its slow working. food is costly, to quality given.
