It was good stay. But amities are too cheap even water bottles were opened not one but both , means thats was a tap water now lets comes to washroom sink was damaged water was not draining, light switch board was damaged, extra blankets was so so so damn cheap quality,

Worst hotel to stay

Worst hotel to stay. Understaffed as no matter how many times you call reception, no one picks up the call. Rooms are next to open cafe and bar and its really noisy and privacy breach when people are outside and you are trying to rest. Lot of stairs as well.

The rooms were smelly because of the bar closer to it. The staff wasn't cooperating at all. After calling many times, one request they were listening to. overall it was a very disappointing experience.

I recently visited at this property with my family, and unfortunately, our experience at check-in was disappointing. We had booked two rooms, but upon arrival, we were informed that only one room was ready. The second room was not available because there was an engagement party going on, and guests from that event were using the room that was supposed to be assigned to us. This was quite frustrating, especially since we had made our reservation in advance and expected both rooms to be ready upon our arrival. We had to wait for some time without any clear timeline, and there was no proper communication or apology for the inconvenience caused.
