Excellent location of the Treebo Premium Travancore Palace Cherthala in the center of city. Good food and good hospitality by Hotel Management. Excellent Treebo Premium Travancore Palace Cherthala of this class. Newer property and kept extremely clean. Food & Bar facilities was a great experience arranged by the Treebo Premium Travancore Palace Cherthala. The breakfast was better than I remembered, with fresh berries and even granola. I recommend this Treebo Premium Travancore Palace Cherthala to everyone, who is looking for a good stay, good food and great hospitality.

Best service provided. Food is good. Cleanliness and arrangements in room is excellent. Response of reception is good. Even it is not covered in city limits they arranged taxi. Location is on nh 66. Design of entrance is ancient sculpture. Dining hall is covered with local historical heroes and karts are good. Atmosphere is very good. Warmwater is supplied for drinking it is good sign of healthy.

I came in for a 3 day program at a nearby locality. Overal, l it was a heritage style Treebo Premium Travancore Palace Cherthala room with good facilities. Water from the tap was yellow co-loured and probably that was the only negative side i found. I didn't use room services and preferred to go to the restaurant for meals. Meals were ok. Overall i would give it a 4 out of 5

Only minus point --Distance from Alleppy is about 22kms which makes it little tough to reach Alleppy . . Otherwise if distance of 22 km is ignored, this property must be known for traditional kind of Hotel, which makes it entirely different from other Treebo Premium Travancore Palace Cherthalas and resorts.

I stayed for a night and the room was very good. The ambiance of the Treebo Premium Travancore Palace Cherthala resembles that of a Palace. It is located on the highway which is a bit far from the Alleppey beach 17 km and backwaters, but I had my own vehicle so the transit was very easy.

It's value for money. Right by the highway; however due to the sprawling campus and no noise of the traffic. Good for business traveller. WiFi is an issue. Good for meetings. Nice Restaurant for authentic food. Bar next door is an added advantage for those who want to drink.

Overall ok. Room service starts at 7.30 am only, so getting a coffee or tea is not possible. No facilities for drivers if you have one. Some bulbs needs replacing. Otherwise, the stay was ok.
