The intercom telephone was not working. Breakfast options were limited. Inhouse dining was not available but staff was not very helpful ..had to order food. But yes cleaning was done on time and the location was good so it was manageable.

it is located in a complex at top floor . there is no facilities like tea. the Ac is not working in proper way. the staff doesn't care about your stay.

The bed was full of bed bugs..no sleep for a full night. room size is too small my suggestion was please don't prefer this hotel it's my geniune review.

Good stay with Family!!

We booked the hotel room for one day and then we had to extend for about 8 hours more since our train departure time was scheduled late at night. I asked them to give me a cheaper room so that we could just keep our things there. They literally let us continue with the same room booked before for just 500₹ added fare. The only thing that can be improved is the plates and bowls and glasses they provide for us to eat & drink are plastic based. Moses & Ganesh were really helpful & kind.

Don’t go blindly for Treebo hotels. pathetic property and lousy management.

Property is not value for money. It’s value max for Rs.1000-1200. There is no restaurant and dining hall in hotel. Very lousy management. There was power cut for 1 hour. No body bother. No proper breakfast. Delivered 2 idles in the room after so many follow-up. Asked additional blanket and towel but these are also not provided. Amazed how treebo approved this hotel??

One of the worst hotel experience

Basic amenities like toothpaste and toilet paper are not available, and when asked for them, they ask us for money. Light is not constant and they cut light often. The bathroom has little to no room for bathing, and very little place to take a dump. They do not clean the room and get new sheets everyday. Everything is delayed in this hotel. Very bad experience wrt price, not at all 3 star and never recommending this hotel to anyone.

Disappointing stay at treebo rainbow grand hotel, vizag. Terrible services, beds infested with bugs, and they charge for extra water bottles. Overpriced breakfast with only idly and vada for 2 days, yet charged rs. 1000. Unhygienic conditions, poor amenities, and lack of variety in food. Not worth the price, would not recommend to anyone. Definitely a bad choice, regret staying here.
