Treebo Reveniir Resort

The rooms were good and well maintained. The pool had a weird smell coming from the water and as a parent of a young child i booked because my daughter loves to swim. So that was a bit disappointing. The junior staff at the Treebo Reveniir Resort were good but management was always negative. We were told a electric kettle would be in each room that was not provided till we kept asking. They mentioned no outside food was allowed so we wanted to abide by that but on asking for fries for my daughter or anything non spicy they said sorry we can't prepare. Hence we had no option than to order and eat out. On asking for ice they said they don't have. When asked for a soft drink first i was sent the wrong one then they changed it but sent a frozen one. No tissue rolls were provided in the washroom even after requesting. All in all the rack rate is good for the rooms and that's about it ! but all after service was not up to the mark.

My stay experiance in HOTEL REVENIIR is good. Hotel staff is so polite and service is also very good. We dont like food quality, it is average. Rooms are so specious, neat and clean. Facility in room like tea kettle, ac, tv, etc. are so nice too. Thanks to MAKE MY TRIP for making our holiday enjoyable.. 🙏🏿

Location was decent, away from city crowd. But quality of food was not good. Also lots of food items listed in menu card was not available. It needs to improve.

Good choices found with affordable prices, services was prompt , Staff was caring , neat and clean , Nice location we liked it.

Overall the stay was good. The door latch was not working. Was not feeling safe due to broken door lock.
