The owner manager is very humble and ensured that we got the details of places to visit in and around ooty, he also helped us to book the taxi whenever we had to visit any place. Highly impressed with the service and courtesy. It was simply above excellent. The stay was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful and supportive. The only problem we faced during the stay was breakfast, it was so con-gusted and the service was so slow that knowing the Treebo Skydale Premium Suites, 1500 Mtrs From Ooty Lake is sold out, preparations also needs to be upto that mark. But apart from that everything else in the stay was just perfect.

To our surprise, they provided us a two double bed premium suite which was very comfortable. The customer experience that they provide with each small detailing is appreciated. Breakfast was also really good. The mountain view for premium suite is wonderful.
