Room was very smelly with no windows. Ac was not cooling . For food they have tied up with nearby restaurant and they serve only 4 items in limited and non welcoming manner.

Terrible Stay

It is very unfortunate that our stay at this property was terrible 😔 it is not expected from Treebo There was no water in the washroom on the very second day of our stay. Though the issue was resolved later that day, the inconveniences caused were high. From the second day onwards, the television set stopped working. the complaint was attended and a repair guy was sent to the room but the issue was not resolved till we checked out on the fourth day . Lastly, there were a lot of cockroaches in the room. overall it was not a very pleasant stay at all.

Rooms were not balcony facing neither it was facing the pool. The picture shown are there but when staying you would not see it directly. Also we stayed for 5 days and only breakfast option available was same 4 things ( Aloo Paratha, dosa, Idli, puri sabji) no egg or nonveg. Also the quality was ok

Property was good. Very near to the beach. Restaurant food of the Property was also okay. The Property owner did not let our cab come in , he forced us to take his cab while his people went on bikes and harresed our cab driver so much that he needed to call the police.

The property is very near to Baga beach. So many restaurants are nearby. Tito's lane is walkable. Breakfast was also good. Spacious and clean rooms. Good parking place. One can enjoy the stay. The pool was also well maintained.

Treebo Sunshine Resort - Second Name of Disappointment

The rooms at Treebo Sunshine Resort do offer good space, but sadly, that’s where the compliment ends. The design reflects lack of creativity, as if someone mistook “luxury” for “emptiness.” The swimming pool is perfectly average, nothing you would write home about, and the cleanliness across the property leaves much to be desired. The real low point, however, was breakfast. To call it a disappointment would be generous. It was, quite frankly, the worst I have experienced in a long time. To make matters worse, the staff at restaurant were inexplicably rude, lethargic, and inefficient. Hospitality seems to be the last word they have heard of. This resort offers little value for money. If you are looking for warmth, attentiveness, or even just a decent meal to start your day, this is not the place. A property to avoid unless you enjoy paying 3/4-star rates for 1-star experience.
