We had a good stay. The location was ideal as it was between Katpadi Railway station and VIT. The food and amenities were good too. The staff was courteous. This was the 2nd time we stayed there. The first time we stayed, the staff helped us by arranging an auto rickshaw at 2 am! It was so nice of them.

It's a decent place to stay for a day or two. place seems to be new and clean. All the basic amenities are there. Decent place. New hotel so all amenities are shining. But our room A/c was not working,.thankfully weather was good and we managed with only the ceiling fan. Breakfast is just average. Only syrupy tea was offered as hot beverage as part of breakfast, not even coffee. No eggs for breakfast, basically full veg. Staff were good though. So, in all a hotel good for one night stay. Don't expect more till they decide to improve.

There was no restaurant in the property. The tea was arranged from some nearby ship & it was the worst ever trip I had. The breakfast was not hot as it was also arranged from some vendor.

I stayed at this hotel last week with my son, and overall, it was a very average experience that didn’t feel worth the price. When we checked in around 6 PM, the staff informed us to dial 9 for reception, but unfortunately, the phone in our room was not working. The TV was also not functioning. After a tiring journey, I requested two towels so we could freshen up, but the staff came back with only one towel saying they didn’t have more as all were out for laundry. The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The bedsheets and pillows had hair on them, and it was clear they were not properly cleaned. The chairs, tables, and other furniture had food particles (like stuck rice) and seemed poorly maintained. There was no kitchen in the hotel, so we couldn’t get any food when we were hungry; only drinking water was available. The geyser took a long time to heat up and provided only a limited supply of hot water, which was frustrating. The only saving grace was the morning breakfast – it was decent and one of the few positive points of our stay. Overall, for the high price we paid, I expected much better service and cleanliness. I would suggest the hotel management improve the basic facilities and hygiene to justify the rates they charge.

Good Property to Stay

The Location of Property is Excellent, it is 1km plus from Katpadi railway Station and 4km from VIT Vellore. The Staff of the hotel was really helpful and fully supportive. I will give 100% marks for this. Few things if improved will attract more travelers. There are No Restaurant in the Hotel but food delivery is available. There was no refrigerator, for cold water or soft drinks. You have to buy the cold items from nearby shops. Breakfast Menus is fixed everyday.
