Terrible Stay

Horrible experience. No water, no toiletries, no network, no wifi. Receptionist was rude. No water or services at night. They changed my rooms multiple times. Breakfast was horrible- I was served papaya with chutney. And in name of coffee, I got tea powder and water. Really thankful for this super great experience

Poor Stay

My booking was confirmed, when I went to reception they asked me extra money saying still due is there, when questioned they said call customer care, i kept telling check again..later they said it's different name, in the registration book I had written correct name,they did even checked that. Later in the room water flow in bath room was very slow and complementary breakfast when asked, they told they will send to room, waiting for 1 1/2 hours in the morning and later at the time of checking out, they told have breakfast and quality was poor

Excellent Stay

the stay was excellent. had good time there….. people there helped a lot when we said about the malfunction of air conditioners … the left side of the fire from the room was garden kind of view, overall a good experience and their response too was great

Booked room wrong date. Unable to change worst experience in refund

This particular booking was done by mistake of date. I requested refund even after hour i booked. But customer care revert its not possible and property people not approving to refund. It’s not under refundable policy. When i called property people they are saying no confirmation or i lost 2100 inr even without using it. It’s very worst system the following.

Poor Stay

The hotel is not a three star. It is not even a two star. The overall look of the place is like a good college hostel. The bed and bedding was white turned off-white to yellow and was very unpleasant. The staff was trying their best to manage it. There were small cocroches in the washroom. The name of the hotel was "welcome inn" on the board and tia value on the billing and invoice. It felt like a huge dissapointment to see it and to stay there for 2 days. I did not take pics. Else i would have uploaded.

It was a terrible experience staying at this hotel. From the very first day, the room was not cleaned properly, there were cockroaches, and it appeared that someone had used the room without authorization.

It is very average hotel and they provide only water bottle nothing else (not even tooth brush and paste. Very poor maintenance and tv, intercom nothing were working in my room. The pathetic situation was there was no water in the bathroom room and finally i took water from the claset tap for bothing. This is one of the bad experience i had in my life. Not worth for the money given. I know it is a budget hotel but basic amenities to be provided. In general i don't suggest any treebo group of hotels.

Worst experience i ever had in the hotel, they charged me 700 inr more after thw booking amount 2200. And then i vacated on same day night 22:00 of 9th september earlier due to the bad hoapitality and service. I claimed for the balance amount due to my early checked out. But they refused to pay worst service shame on make my trip to give rating 4 +

familyAt first , the room was given without cleaning. after complaint, they gave me a new room. WIFI and AC was not working. I had to complaint again and then they gave me another room which was fine . room is not clean enough . Service is average . you cannot expect a prompt service here

businessThe treebo took booking for this hotel even when they had maintenance and renovations planned for the hotel. They asked me move to another hotel of their choice and that too of lower standards of stay. I had to pay for relocation too. The management was blaming makemytrip. Worst customer experience for me, be it anybody’s fault. Also there was an infestation of cockroaches.
