Place was good. Very close to the beach but we booked a room with swimming pool view and balcony option but we got a room very next to swimming pool ( ground floor) with a porch and the view was blocked by plants. On checking, with a beautiful smile receptionist said porch and balcony is same. But apart from that it is a beautifully maintained place. Good food. Photographic ambience.

Everything is good about this resort. Sone positives 1. Price 2. Location 3. Cleanliness 4. Hygine negatives just one 1 has strict boundaries i. E. Anything extra is all chargeable. A. Only 1litre complimentary water per day per room b. Just 1 main veg/non veg option in breakfast

It is a nice place to stay near morjim beach. The staff is also nice. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only thing was that no toiletries were provided in the room. But worth visiting. 4* from my side.

Wonderful location and well maintained rooms. It is hardly 2 mins walk from morjim beach. In house restaurant serves both veg and non veg food which is delicious. Complimentary breakfast is buffet.
