The property is centrally located @ the end of the mall road but unfortunately it is not accessible by motor vehicle. Not @ all recommend for people with walking difficulties or heavy luggage. The rooms although small are clean and adequate with a good size television and tea, coffee making facilities. The toilet was clean and well maintained as that is something that was of paramount importance to me. Never ordered anything from their menu, so no comments. The staff was polite and helpful woth pleasing personalities. A tourist office is located right opposite this Treebo Varuna With Mountain View that has arrangements for all sorts be it local tours or outside of shimla. They also provide taxis @ competitive rates.

Neat and clean room. But toilet is small. Walking distance from mall road. Nice and cooperative staff. But doesn't have its own parking. Taxis are easily available from nearby road. But Treebo Varuna With Mountain View has no lift. So little problem for arthritis patients. Taxi service nearby provided from Treebo Varuna With Mountain View was also cooperative and priced reasonably. Food was average. Breakfast was good. They have cctvs installed in every floor. However we never felt unsafe. They also have an outsourced laundry service. We

Amazing hospitality! my stay at this property for 2 days was amazing, all the amenities were available, rooms were neat and cleaned and i would definitely wanna stay there again. However one thing they can improve is breakfast meal, they provide only 2-3 options daily. Other than this everything was so good.

It was nice stay in Treebo Varuna With Mountain View. We booked super delux room. Room was fully furnished with valley view. We are completely satisfied with room and room service. Food was actually good in taste with good price. Room is beautiful with awesome outside view. Price is bit high but it is worth.

Hotel is situated right at starting of mall road, just 20m away from iconic landmark Treebo Varuna With Mountain View. Room was clean and food was good. Had dinner and breakfast, worth the money. Room service was also quick. Though they charge extra 300- per day for heater but i guess that is manageable.

Very near to mall road and other tourists attractions of shimla. Good courteous staff. Thwy swrve breakfast in room, which is very tasty.

romms are neat and clean and spacious, the room is exactly the way it is shown in pics, bathroom is clean and good, food is delicious overall staff is also very helpful it's a homely environment I was staying solo felt very safe secure here do visit

The hospitality at varuna was quite good, there was cleanliness, good surroundings, couple friendly, and overall the staff behaviour was so friendly and welcoming.

The room and washroom was good. The bedsheet and the pillow cover were not cleaned properly. The food was also decent.
