Pros: The staff was polite and accommodative; Location was also decent; Cabs were available within minutes of booking; Room was clean and fresh. Cons: The name of the Hotel is no longer "Treebo Vetri Supreme Residency". Now it is named as "City Stay". Obviously, people are confused when they get there and I was no exception too; The elevation view of the Hotel in the pics put up is nowhere close to the reality. So.. pls don't go by the looks that is shown in the pics; The room was small for 3 people. There was barely any space left after placing an extra cot (folding one with mattress); Looks like the earliest they could serve the breakfast is 830AM. So, you shouldn't expect it if you plan to leave earlier than 8AM. However, upon my request the staff got it ready by 8AM. The taste was average. All those free things like towels, soap, dental kit etc are provided only upon request and not by default! Last but not the least, this hotel is rated as a 3 Star Hotel but when compared with many other 3 Stars, this one lacks many things and needs a lot of scope for improvement.

AC was not working, no ceiling fan, no ventilation in the room, the breakfast was cold and there was a limited option, the towel given was just a small hand towel.. however staff was helpful.

Staff are good. Rooms are clean and toilets are maintained well. Change of linen and replenishments are done for extension of stay at our request. Breakfast is okay as it is sourced outside and served in the first floor. Car parking is not there as we need to park our car on the road in front of hotel. That is a big drawback. In spite of having generator there was no power for a long time during our stay.
