My experience with Teamhouse was excellent. The staff were very helpful especially Swella, Sejal and Kundan, who were extremely kind and eager to assist. They would always greet me with a smile which imparts positive vibe. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, and the breakfast was lovely with delicious food. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future. I hope the team continues to maintain this great level of service!

The Treehouse Blue Hotel and serviced apartments are among the best places to stay in Majorda, South Goa. Their hospitality is exceptional! Despite being a serviced apartment, I was impressed by the available amenities, including a library, a children’s play area, various indoor games, and a small shop for immediate needs. The swimming pool is clean, and the entire property is well-maintained and surrounded by nature. The murals are beautifully painted, making the whole property feel like home. Regarding our accommodation, we booked a 1Bhk apartment which was quite spacious. It had everything neatly arranged. I loved the small tags on the electrical switches! The room was kept impeccably clean, and the view was soothing, surrounded by lush greenery. You could easily spend the whole day in the room or on the property without feeling bored. Last but not least, the hardworking staff truly enhance the experience. From the moment you arrive, security personnel Bhushan and his nighttime colleague greet you with a warm smile and ensure your safety throughout your stay. At the reception, Juvella and Swella (no, they aren’t sisters, but yes, their names rhyme) are always available to assist you with any questions or concerns. The wonderful housekeeping team, especially Rakhi, Prabin, and Sujata, kept our room spotless during our stay. If you need anything, they deliver it within 5-10 minutes. Rina, the chef, manages the kitchen and prepares a delicious breakfast every morning. Not only does she serve great food, but she also engages you with her lovely conversations. Don’t forget to meet two of the most special staff members, Fanny and Cashew! ❤️ Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and we feel we made the right choice by selecting this property. The stay made us happy! P.S. This is a pet-friendly property, so if you’re looking for a place to stay with your pet, this is the one!

Good property. Ideal for family stay. Nice quiet environment with natural beauty around. Clean rooms with all required kitchen facility is available. Staff is good and cooperative. Only need to order food for lunch and dinner from outside.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful apartment for my vacation, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff here went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. A huge thank you to the housekeeping team – Rakhi, Sujata, Ajay, and Pravin – for keeping my room spotless and well-organized throughout my stay. Their friendliness and attention to detail made a real difference. I also want to acknowledge Munni, the housekeeping supervisor, along with Mr. Shubahankar and Mr. Sunil, the housekeeping managers, for their consistent support and presence, ensuring everything ran smoothly day and night. Mornings were made extra special thanks to Rina and Kishan, who served delicious breakfasts with genuine warmth and care. Their hospitality truly stood out and made each morning feel like home. The reception team – Joella, Sejal, and Suella – were always available, approachable, and ready to assist with anything I needed. Their warm smiles, professionalism, and responsiveness made the entire experience seamless and stress-free. I also felt safe and well looked after thanks to the security staff – Bhushan during the day and Pradip at night – both of whom were always alert, polite, and ready to help. Great stay, amazing staff. very close to some of the cleanest beaches - Majorda, Benaulim, Betalbatim. Recommended for ppl who like less crowded places.

This is my second time staying at Treehouse Blue and it was a perfect experience again. The 1 BHK offered a comfortable and clean home-away-from-home experience, complete with a equipped kitchenette and cozy living area. The location is ideal, providing easy access to beautiful beaches and local restaurants. Bike on rent is available next to this property. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The Handbook they provide has all the required information to help one navigate in and around. Highly recommended also is the breakfast by Chef Rina, lovely home cooked food suitable for everyone. Overall, the apartment offered excellent value for money, making it a highly recommended choice for anyone seeking a relaxing and convenient stay in Goa.

Loved the hotel! location was great and the staff was awesome. Breakfast buffet had fresh fruits. Great way to start the day. Hotel staff like juwella mam, swella mam, chef rina mam, mukund sir, bhushan sir, sujata mam, ta-gar sir, were friendly and available. They made check-in easy, and my room had a beautiful pool view. I loved updates on housekeeping services. ”the hotel check-in was a breeze. We were in our room within 10 minutes of arrival, and they even upgraded us! special thanks to owner sir and every staff for such giving a feel like family or like a home.

Great family run place. Attention to detail was off limits. A wooden chopstick to facilitate the insertion of a two pin plug was the ultimate. Great location too with discounts being offered to residents some nice eating joints. We were on a road trip break else would have stayed longer. Will be back to try out the villas next time.

Breakfast was average not good not bad

Treehouse blue majorda goa some random musings: furniture is wood and elegant - not engineered wood. Ergonomic. Wish the polish was of a lighter shade - being dark it absorbs quite a bit of light. Works of goa’s (and arguably, india’s) best cartoonist adorns most walls, a tribute to the great mario miranda. One is greeted with one such as one enters the apartment, and it warms the cockles of the heart. A large mural in the reception area is a lovely welcome! juella, subhankar sujal were our meet and greet persons - their smiles are ever ready! all staff are friendly and helpful. Rakhi and bhushan too! for the first time, i saw idiot proof electrical switches - with illustrations of light, fan, panel light etc. The mattress ( and the height of the bed) is just what the doctor orders for senior citizens - soft enough for comfort and hard enough for spine health. Very conveniently placed reading lamps are available on both sides. We did not encounter a single step or steps to enter, none at the gate, none at the lobby entrance, making it easy for persons with disability and the wheelchair bound. A smallish lift covers all floors. A thoughtful don’t panic (in case of power outage) sign is prominently displayed. No braille notations are observed. The property sets a great store by sustainability. Unbleached bamboo tissue paper, water saving devices on taps are two examples. Their guest handbook mentions standby power but no solar. Treehouse lives up to its name - greenery abounds! i wish however that the property was set back to create some garden space. On a second observation i found that the property lines are perhaps too tight for such a luxury. I think the owners have chosen, rightly, to accord priority to indoor space and comfort, there being enough greenery all round. Being a serviced apartment facility, there’s no on premise kitchen. We ordered in dinner from reena, as suggested by jewella. Home cooked, simple, easy on the tummy. She included a green salad without us ordering one. Delivery time was bang on. We await breakfast service as we write this - which is also served by reena. Of course creative chef-ery is an option! enough cookery infra is available in the apartment - microwave oven, induction cooker, refrigerator. Right down to vegetable peeler. Vodka gin folk might miss a lemon squeezer! a shoe stand about 3 inches tall makes shoe access that much easier. Hair dryer and iron board are available on request. The thrum of locomotives on a nearby line adds that delightful sense of the adventure of travel. A few last comments as we approach checkout. Reasonable spread for breakfast, including fruits (melon and banana. A bottleneck at the toaster. Two very thoughtful props: 1. A chopstick in the room to negotiate the intricacies of inserting a 2 pin plug in a 3 pin socket! and 2. A pair of scissors in the dining area to handle stubborn metal foil packs of sauce, pickle etc! well done. A little library has at least one book of my current fave author - alexander mccall smith. A games area includes tt. And something quite unplayable by me - string hockey (what is it) and carrom. And that watchamacallit football on a table!

Amazing place, extremely helpful staff. Neat and clean. Breakfast is yummy. Feels like home. If you are okay with the railway track noises then this is a must for everyone.
