TreeHouse Chail Villas

This is one scenic property. Located some 36 kms from shimla, at the top of a hill, this property provides for some breathtaking views. You see deep valleys and the whole of the city of shimla from the property. But the best bit is the sunset, which will just blow you away. The staff is amazing, the service excellent. The rooms are quite spacious as well. The TreeHouse Chail Villas also arranges for a bonfire at night. And the food is tasty too. But i'd say the property is worth every penny for just its location. You can have an excellent time here if you are travel-ling in a group. Few things i would like though. A better play area, where both kids and adults can have a good time. I would also wish for a more extensive food menu, especially the breakfast buffet. A few hat tips for would be travellers 1. If you really wish to enjoy the sunset or if you like looking out at the clouds, select the valley view facing room, specifically on the 1st floor. 2. There is also a duplex, it has stairs which connect two fully furnished rooms. We didn't go for it as we had toddlers and stairs would have been a hazard. Otherwise it was very good value for money. 3. For those who live their alcohol, the TreeHouse Chail Villas doesn't have an in house bar, so come fully stocked. The nearest liquor shop is some 2-3 kms away, en route to chail. There is one in chail as well which is 6 kms away.

I stayed here in the apple room for one night on my way to shimla after covering chail palace and kali tibia temple. The valley view room was not available for my date so i got the apple room for 4k. The room and bathroom is a bit small but it was absolutely clean and comfortable - had slanting roof, no ac since its at hilltop its quite cool and pleasant ( they provide a standing fan in room. The great thing about this property is that its got a large open area in the center and couple of common balcony sitting areas with great view of the valleys. I the morning i could take a walk along the road lined with teal trees and it was quiet and cool. Food: i had taken their dinner buffet which is about 600 per head and the quality of taste would rate avg 3/5. They dont have a bar license but bring yr own drinks was allowed. They have great fireplace arrangement with canopies around it where we could sit. The breakfast was much better with garma garam aloo parathas, puri, chole, omellette etc. They have a kids play areas where my 3 y old daughter enjoyed a lot with some other kids. Their staff was very friendly and helpful so full points for that. Overall good place would definitely recommend.

The TreeHouse Chail Villas is ideally located a little far away from the city noise which is the main attraction if one is looking for a peaceful get away. Me and my friend stayed here for more than a week and did work from mountains instead of work from home, for which it was absolutely ideal as it has comfortable connectivity. The staff is extremely courteous and welcoming. Rooms are very cozy and comfortable, we had a valley view from room and balcony which was a cherry on the top, as one wakes up to the view. You feel pampered like you are at your home and us both being girls, felt extremely safe. Would love to stay at the property again. Food is nice and can be prepared to your taste and the service is very good and efficient. Its full value for money and would recommend it for travellers who want to stay in comfort and style. Lastly availability of parking facility is a relief. Also, kufri is only 40-45 minutes drive which was an added advantage as we could experience snow. So all this drive up the mountains was totally worth it!

We had chosen chail for a peaceful 2 day stay in lap of nature and away from hustle of shimla. And treehouse really offered a great experience. Ambience service food location all perfect if you are a nature lover. The reception desk manager mr. Shubham suggested to go to the shiv temple stoned kumbh. Which is a stone built temple built by a person. The trek from our stay treehouse to the temple is e ally mesmerizing, if you indulge in trekking. It's a 20 min narrow trek one way passing through deodar trees. Plane. Apple orchards. Mr. Bhumaji at the restaurant also gave super treatment every time. Looking forward to stay again.

It was a nice experience staying there. peaceful environment. mesmerizing natural views. everything was good. food was good one thing i feel was there should be more options in breakfast /dinner. otherwise staff were very cooperative. there z a jacuzzi option available which was a cherry in this booking for my kids. I would say there should b a modification option of booking made. my couple of guest cancel up plan but there was no option of cancellation or modifications or f booking made. so i think there should be something if not return of booking then at least something which can make ur guest more confident while booking.

Treehouse chail villas is a complete family property. You can simply enjoy this place with your family by looking at the balcony views where you can feel the cool breeze and never ending valley, bonfire, etc. Rooms are well lit up, washrooms were clean, lobby was clean. There were small cats which stay at the property itself (somehow felt soothing watching them moving around. Staff was well dressed and maintained covid protocol. One thing which was a drawback is that not everything mentioned in the menu is available for order if you are having ala-carte. But whatever was on the menu was very good.

It was good experience, nice secluded location away from hustle and bustle. Worth the money we paid, very courteous and humble staff including the gm. Nice play area for kids, awesome fire place and the food and stuff for kids was all complimentary. Located very close to main chail and if you want to enjoy a cozy meal with a view it is just 10 minute away from itc welcome where sunset view is awesome. Overall worth the money we spent and yes even they have awesome view of the valley and mountains and shimla city in the night.

Property is nicely maintained with landscaping and greenery. Located on a hill with icy winds. One can see shimla night view from the resort.

We had an amazing experience while staying in treehouse. Specially mr. Manish thakur and mr. Bhumaji both are having good service attitude. We felt, we were in our cozy home.

Resort is really very much beautiful and is situated at very pleasant place. It is a very much relaxing and peaceful atmosphere here.
