TreeHouse Hotel, Club & SPA, Bhiwadi

I drove from Delhi (South) to The Treehouse Hotel And Club Bhiwadi, with my wife, son, daughter and son-in-law. Took us about 1.30 hours. Bhiwadi has a rural environment and Ashiana Group seems to have transformed a part of it into a modern up to date residential complex with TreeHouse Hotel, Club & SPA, Bhiwadi / club. The first glimpse of the TreeHouse Hotel, Club & SPA, Bhiwadi created confidence. We all were pleasantly surprised with the excellent facilities that the TreeHouse Hotel, Club & SPA, Bhiwadi provides. The quality of food was great and far beyond our expectations. The full family had a gala time and we will cherish the memories for a long time. It is a perfect weekend getaway for the family. The area that TreeHouse Hotel, Club & SPA, Bhiwadi needs to improve upon is the standard of its workforce that provides the services (room as well as dinning). The staff is certainly courteous but are not groomed well enough and not punctual in attending to the clients. The price of food/bar items is also very high and certainly needs to be brought down at least 30%. Overall we would recommend this TreeHouse Hotel, Club & SPA, Bhiwadi/club to everyone.

My earlier review was for elevate by treehouse stay which is tha adjacent building for business stay. This one is for main resort - treehouse i have been here for 4 or 5 times, being close to ggn. This time, we went on a friday to celebrate a birthday, so the occupancy was limited. Positives- room, hygiene, staff behaviour, housekeeping services, pool & other amenities, check-in & check-out. Special kudos to the girl on reception desk (manjot i guess) for her courtesy and making sure we had pleasant stay. Breakfast was also good, but taste was average. Improvements needed - some amenities need proper maintenance & upgrade. Like the billiards room ac was not working, the balls & stick are all worn out. Despite asking them to get the ac fixed which they acknowledged, it did not work. Carrom board was missing. These indoor activities are the things for which people come here in a weekend getaway. Management must make sure the maintenance is in place. In nutshell, our stay was awesome and we will definitely visit again.

Nice stay option within close distance from delhi. Need big improvement in food quality and restaurant services. Staff taking up their own share from the buffet meant to be served for the guests. Response time of restaurant staff is slow. Taste buds gone flat even with the easiest menu like omelette. If food category is manageable in your checklist then definitely a place to go and enjoy big pool with comfortable room stay.

The property is beautiful but needs to be maintained maybe cause of the pandemic and shortage of staff, however family-friendly as there are many activities for everyone be it kids or adults, one can simply enjoy their stay here. Service is good, special thanks to mr. Anil yadav who catered to our every need when it came to food. Would love to visit again! )

The resort is excellent in terms of built quality, ambiance, indoor And outdoor activities, location is peaceful and easily accessible, too much of open space available, the pool is good with rain dance an all. Food quality needs to be improved. Room service is also good but in-room dining is limited. Overall a nice place in 1 hour drive range from Delhi.

They are keeping. Everything maintained cleaniliness and safety measures has been properly maintained by their staff and management. Management is very active. With the response. Ime and family just loved the place and we will look after further visits. A great place to visit in corona times!

Lots of activities for the kids. Beautiful garden, clean swimming pool, separate pool for kids, lawn tennis, badminton, table tennis, snooker And lots more. Beautiful ambience. Kids play area was not well maintained, lunch And dinner were average (not kids friendly), breakfast was better.

One day trip for rejuvenation. I celebrated my birthday with my husband. The purpose was to sit back and relax. We opted for the spa and salon services. It was worth a stay. Will visit again for sure.
A little more to be done about the cleanliness and wear and tear of the property.

It is a very good resort with so many games to go having its own lawn tennis court and badminton court. Peaceful place, with good food and service. Will recommend to others as well to have a peaceful time away from hustle and bustle of Delhi city.

Location was good food was OK tea was good. Staff was slow to respond to requests check-in also took little more time then expected but overall good experience.

Winters so cannot expect pool ready property. Room was ok, heater was available. Anil from the staff was very good. Live music in the evening. Dinner was very spicy. Breakfast was pathetic. There are many other options in the area.

All was good except gym was under maintenance this time
