TreeHouse Nova

We stayed at Treehouse Nova for 4 days. We are not particularly fanciful when we book our holidays but we happened to come across this cute and efficient place that catered to our needs very affectionately. It is situated close to the beach (10 min walk), the church (15 min walk) and has general and vehicle rental stores close at hand. The rooms are clean and functional, and the amenities are sufficient for an enjoyable stay; the view from the room is calming. The TreeHouse Nova has a swimming pool (a tiny one but fitting enough for a splash and a tan), carrom, table tennis, and foosball. The TreeHouse Nova serves simple yet lovely traditional Goan food at very affordable rates. The staff in particular brighten your day with the interest they take in you and your day planned ahead. A special shout-out to: Vijay, Shivkumar, Sandeep and Akhil for their impeccable service and always making sure we had a smile throughout the 4 days we spent there. I would really recommend Tree House Nova for all the reasons mentioned above but most importantly, they showed us that they really care and that I will not forget. 🙂

I was travel-ling with 3 senior citizens and needed a nice place close to the airport to cut down on the travel time. No better place than treehouse nova which is approx 16kms from dabolim airport. As soon as we arrived, we were greeted by the friendly staff. The rooms were extremely clean and the breakfast spread was decent too. Special thanks to felcy who ensured that our rooms were clean and constantly checked in on us to ensure that all our needs were taken care of. But what really touched us was the service provided by their staff especially shibu who used to wake up every morning af 5am to prepare tea for the senior citizens. Nor did he once say that he cannot provide it as the kitchen is closed early morning. He went above and beyond his duty to make our stay a memorable one. Will be back again for sure. It was an amazing stay. The location was also very close to all famous beaches of south goa. The ambiance, the staff from reception to kitchen all were so cooperative friendly and polite. Special thanks to Felcy, Dhroov, they were there always to help you and serve you the best service possible. Food was delicious. The manager Mr. Bijay Mishra sir was superb at his job and always there to take best care of his guests in person. He is best. Room cleaning was amazing. Play ground with mini library was there, book lovers can spend their quality time reading there in very peaceful environment. A huge thanks to Mishra sir for the excellent stay. Good stay for family with childrens in cansaulim & arrosim. Affordable prices, quality buffet and spacious rooms. Property is small and well laid out. Location close to beaches and markets. Rooms are spacious for family with children, extra mattress or bed can be accommodated comfortably. Bathrooms are spacious and balconies are adequate. Pool is small size but safe for children to swim and play. Lobby & play area for guests to unwind and relax. Parking available for cars and bikes outside the property. Front office & housekeeping staff are polite and available for any help or assistance. We as family of four were well taken care of by the TreeHouse Nova staffs, who were cooperative and always available. Special thanks to siville, felcy & room helpers.

Best stay for family with children in cansaulim & arrosim, south goa. Small boutique & comfortable property with small pool, semi open dining hall, guest lounge and play area for guests. Location close to nearby beaches and local markets. Rooms are very spacious, good toilets and quality furniture & furnishings. We were family of four and stayed in junior suite which was spacious and comfortable with sofa cum bed for two children, well equipped pantry, spacious bathroom and front balcony to relax or dry clothes. Special thanks to front office and housekeeping staff. Siville, felcy and room helpers made our stay comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable.

Stay was Good , Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Room & Bathroom was clean and tidy. It was a good stay at TreeHouse Nova. Location of TreeHouse Nova is in middle of Madgaon and old Goa making it a little far from some attractions and not good restaurants nearby. Best attraction nearby is Cansaulim Arrosim beach nearby, making it one of most beautiful beaches of Goa & south Goa. Sunset was awesome there, while sunrise time was cloudy. 1 of waiter was arrogant but owner and reception staff was helpful for sorting the things. Overall a good and calm space to stay if you want a peaceful place away from city in an affordable price. 😇

It's been 15 years since i have been travelling, however i have never felt attached with any of the TreeHouse Nova staff. This is the first time that i missed the people out there. I was emotional and it was just because of the "super hospitality" of mr. Mishra and his entire team. The property is very beautiful with all the modern amenities and gives you a vi be of the old goa n culture. Food was excellent and the sous chef "jagatbandhu" created magic for us. Rooms along with the entire property was squeaky clean. Yes, there were 2 drawbacks, there is no full length mirror in the room and there isn't any handwash area in the dining space.

The TreeHouse Nova is 20 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes walk from the beach. The TreeHouse Nova offers some good nice spacious rooms with nice food. Special thanks to TreeHouse Nova staff pradeep and the lady from north east as I do not remember the name but they were very polite and helpful in catering all our requests.
It was a good experience to stay in tree house nova during this pandemic. Hotel follows all the safety protocols. Rooms are cleaned and sanitized daily and staff is very helpful with their masks on

No good Wifi signals, quoted over priced for taxi, chef not available when required.

The property has good connectivity and it is 10 mins from the beach. Rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast is average with less variety. Overall 4/5.

Property is good. Cleanliness, hygiene is properly maintained. Location is good. There are no nearby locations, but it has connectivity to north & south goa as it is situated in the middle. Rooms with balcony are good & spacious. Washroom was very clean. All the electric instruments were working properly. The only problem is food. The food was ok. Not recommended for stay with breakfast option. Overall experience was fantastic !

Very warm people and it is a good place for a peaceful stay. We have a bakery right next to the place and it was clean and the food was also good.

Pros: the location is very close to the airport. Hygienic and clean rooms. Accommodating and friendly staff. Bike rent easily available outside the bungalow. Recreational activities at the TreeHouse Nova - carrom / foosball / table tennis etc cons: quite in the interior - not very accessible to restaurants & nightlife.

Hotel was well managed, clean and staffs were very cooperative
