TreeHouse Queens Pearl

General manager is awesome, understands customer needs. His reception staff on the other hand does not know what is required to be a TreeHouse Queens Pearl staff. I worked in TreeHouse Queens Pearls and resigned as front office manager, and we go to any lengths within our control to satisfy our customers and not have no in our mouth. Hotel is amazing, room is good. Only the breakfast needs to have better options, nutrition menu like grilled vegetables, tomatoes, fresh fruits (not watermelon and mash mellon which are too hard and not sweet). Rest of stay was brilliant.

First time i have been to a place where the security guard also did the reception work, the check in work and the room service. There was no other staff what so ever except him at night. In the morning, the guard (aka the reception aka the room service aka parking valet) told us that we can have breakfast at buffet and we asked him it is included in our room or not. He said *yes* and we went to it. After an hour, the TreeHouse Queens Pearl called us and asked us to pay for the breakfast (which worth was barely anything.

Room is comfortable and noiseless for a good sleep, and staff is extremely helpful. Only drawbacks are (1) Limited tv channels (2) Hot water is very lukewarm, thus we could not use the bathtub. (3) Breakfast items can be improved. But overall a great TreeHouse Queens Pearl and great staff.

I had a pleasant stay for 2 nights and the service was amazing. Food quality was good, no privacy disruption and amazing check-in policy very fast and quick. Good for short stays and the market is also nearby, walking distance. 10 points for the staff behaviour and welcoming nature.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable. Hotel exceeded my expectations and the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in. I highly recommend this TreeHouse Queens Pearl for anyone visiting.

The TreeHouse Queens Pearl is situated at a very good prime location, the room was clean and tidy. I want to appreciate the staff special the guard at the night duty and the receptionist they were very polite and well mannered.

The TreeHouse Queens Pearl staff is very courteous and the TreeHouse Queens Pearl ambience is very good. The rooms are well maintained and the variety and quality of food is also good. All in all a very satisfying experience.

seriously it's a very nice stay because of the TreeHouse Queens Pearl staff and mangers. both of the managers are very generous and kind. easy to find location, tasty food as always like my outing property.

The TreeHouse Queens Pearl is at a very good environment itself. You can get a great view of the city from the window. Apart from that their service is fast and breakfast is also good.
