Treehouse Resort | Himalayan Views

The Treehouse Mukteshwar turned out to be exactly what I seek from a destination in the Himalayas. Serene, great food and humble hospitality. In my circle, I am known for finding unexplored destinations, especially in the Himalayas and then recommending my friends to visit them. As I couldn't find the Treehouse Resort | Himalayan Views of my choice to repeat my vacation in Munsiyari, I decided to head to Mukteshwar, as this property seemed quite interesting to me. And the Treehouse Mukteshwar is an amazing find. The location is spot-on described in Google Maps. The parking is a bit tricky however once done, you are at a perfect location. Away from even the hustle of a village, this place provides a spectacular view of Nanda Devi, Trishul and Panchachuli peaks. The view is just impeccable. The property itself is made up of wood entirely, which helps in keeping warm in extreme winter. The staff gave us a radiator heater to keep warm at night. The rooms aren't huge, but they are adequate in size and have good quality furnishings. Bathrooms are also well equipped with quality fittings and heated water. The staff was amazing to say the least, with our attendant Pramod being always on his toes to give us comfort. Incredible food (that made me overeat by a huge margin) was a cherry on the cake. Yes, you cannot compare it to a luxury Treehouse Resort | Himalayan Views somewhere in planes. But at this altitude, seclusion and peaceful place, the facilities that are offered are just incredible. I could appreciate everything that was on offer here. And I will be back soon.

Our booking was upgraded by management from a room to a cottage. Unfortunately, there was no tree inside! But the cottage was, of course, more spacious. It was slightly confusing to find that there are two properties managed under the same name. The pictures at MakeMyTrip belong to the new property which we could not visit. The cottage was comfortable and had ample outdoor green space. The view of mountains is very relaxing. Indoors are wooden work. The wood at certain places squeaks, and so do the bathroom tiles. The service is rather slow and options for eatables are few. There was no dessert after dinner. Only two people run the cottages. The behavior of one of them, Mr. Sunder is very courteous! The good thing is that food tastes good despite such few options. Another downside was that we weren't supplied with anything other than a body wash and a conditioner in the washroom. The location is good though!

The Treehouse Resort | Himalayan Views is located in a very serene environment away from the city. Loved the fact that getting to and fro from the parking is a warm up exercise in it self. The food is delicious! their fried stuff is exquisite. There is a distinct pleasant aroma of pine in the wooden treehouses. Internal heating system can be incorporated, room heaters are available though. The view from the room is breathtaking. The seating on the terrace is perfect for basking the sun! the bathroom is a little small and the wooden stairs are bit risky, so watch your step! they did a bon fire for us on the last night and we thoroughly enjoyed it on the swing, with music of our choice. They have games like the fooseball and the pool table. Staff is very accommodating. Will definitely visit again & recommend to friends and family.

The biggest highlight of this property is the mesmerizing view of himalayan range. Approx 7 km away from the centre of mukteshwar town the property is located in a quint place overlooking amazing view of himalayan range. My room had such a beautiful view that i can spend an entire day just looking at the range. Beautiful cottages with all the basic amenities in place. Tasty food at a reasonable price range. Very helpful and courteous staff always ready to serve you. Only point i wish to highlight for the future travellers that this property has many stairs and few steep climbs which my mother who is around 70yrs old and a heart patient found difficult. Thus people with old age might find this property little difficult to access. Nonetheless i have thoroughly lobed and enjoyed my stay and will certainly come back again

This tree house is located in a peaceful secluded area of Mukteshwar yet easily accessible and just 3 kilometers away from the market area. The property is beyond any description. It is beautiful, peaceful, clean and what not. The rooms have all the facilities. More than the property, the service of the staff was excellent. I was so touched by their service and gestures. They would do everything, they would make your stay smooth and enjoyable. there is a trek near the property which leads to a natural waterfall, the helper there asked us to assist with the way to the waterfall so that we could enjoy the untouched waterfall instead of the basic touristy one. Would highly recommend this place.

I like the location of the resort very much as it had a clear view of the nandadevi ranges. Another thing of the resort was the rooms as the name suggests it was really a tree house and i love the type of room. The hospitality was also really good and the staffs over there were really polite and they really helped us in every way possible. The only thing which was not upto the mark was the route to the resort as we had take really long stairs which was a bit risky to be honest and because of that it killed bit of the mood. But overall the stay in this resort was really good and i loved it. No thank you

I stayed with my wife and my daughter, it was a very good stay, however the kitchen and the utensils need to be upgraded now, the utensils were broken (casserole that was used to serve butter roti was dirty and had oil/masala stains)not cleaned seems they kitchen is almost in open (at the backside of the dining area in a gallery, though the food was amazing taste wise, the location is perfect for a 2 night trip, quiet, serene. The only downside was the kitchen and the utensils, not the food ! overall i would rate it as a good experience, though a lot needs to be done !

To be extended it was a nice stay with family. The property location was good with the serene beauty of the jungle and mountains. Also, the staff was courteous and humble. They support you to carry your luggage from the upper stretch to your room and vice versa. Thanks to suraj who has to take care of us for 4 days and 3 nights. You can even do a jungle walk if you want. The food was awesome. But feel a bit expensive. There should be options for half plate also since quantity is excess for a single person. Overall experience was excellent.

View was to die for will surely visit again

I went with my family and kids to Mukteshwar. I must say the view from the resort is breathtaking. Ours was a very comfortable stay. We didn’t find any difficulty in locating the resort. It is easily approachable. The food is awesome. The two caretakers namely khemu and vinod made provided us up to the mark services. I will surely recommend this resort to my friends and family.

It's at an idyllic location with nice views and great rooms. The property doesn't offer much in terms of common area and would not recommend it for people traveling with children. The term 'resort' in the title gives an impression of a large property, whereas in reality it's a small property with just 4 rooms. However the rooms are nice and staff very courteous and helpful. If you just want a lazy time away from the city and some good views, it's a great place to be.

The view from the room is extra ordinary, the whole himalayan range can be seen by just lying on your bed.

Rooms are neat and clean. Toilets are also very clean. They don't give bucket for bathing you have to take shower.The only draw back I felt was that it is 100 meters down hill. But considering it reduces vehicular noise and pollution considerably it is worth. View is awesome and staff is also good. And it has live tree going through the structure.

Service provided was excellent and the basic behaviour of Treehouse Resort | Himalayan Views staff was very cordial. The view from the room was mesmerizing. Separate wooden door for balconies will enhance the privacy of guests and will add to the essence of the property. However, houseflies are a issue and some doors aren't easily locked. Overall it was a great experience

Everything from seamless check-in process to food to room hygiene, the experience was par excellence. The resort staff are extremely polite and the room service was just outstanding. The food quality need special mention, really delicious and hygienic. Definitely revisiting soon!

The property is nestled between the mountains, every cottage has view of himalayas and and valley. Very peaceful place with excellent view, the staff is very hospitable, the manager mr. Himanshu has taken very good care of us. Private bonfire and barbeque can be arranged with minimal charges. You can follow nature trails and explore surrounding areas near property. Food is also very good.

We had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the resort. View from the room was breathtaking. Only thing we thought the property lacked in was 1: Food- quality and variety both (there were no beverages available, very limited options for snacks, no dessert options etc.) Would definitely recommend others to visit here.

Location of resort is excellent for peace lovers. The best part is room and the awesome view from balcony. Food and service is also very good. If visiting Mukteshwar one must stay here.
