Treeoise Resort (A Unit of Sunder Kakkar Hotel)

This was the worst hotel stay of my entire life. The bedsheets were dirty, the room smelled terrible, and despite the cold rainy weather, the geyser wasn’t working, so there was no hot water at all. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the overall condition of the room made it feel more like a jail than a resort. It was a harrowing and uncomfortable experience from start to finish. I would never recommend Treeoise Resort, Baddi to anyone looking for a decent or comfortable stay.

The resort has awesome view of the mountains and gives a calm feel, theres greenery and open air space for hangout , but major drawback is the room, it's not a premium room, old furniture, washroom clean but looks so old. The resort should convert the rooms into premium by renovation and increasing tariff. Food was good, breakfast spread was Ok.

Had booked the room for 3 night, but left in in 1 hrs after check in. sofa was marred with dust, alimirah were broken

Maine booking Karai thi Us Main breakfast lunch or dinner includes Tha firstly unhone Kehna lunch or dinner mai se koi ek ho Sakta Hai fir uske bhi Uske baad dinner ka charge extra liya charges liye. Mujhe approx rs 1000 extra pay karma pada . Also rooms are very dirty and smelly .

Got the worst service ever. The rooms were really bad, the management was very unprofessional. 60-70 minutes delay in food. The staff doesn’t know anything there, also the representative at the reception was very rude. There were insects in the pool and no one was there to clean it up. Won’t recommend anyone. Better stay in some other property.

Not worth as guest house category and u said as RESORT

Room service very poor.Bathroom are not properly cleaned and mosquito in Bathroom....Very poor experience this time...

The hotel location is quite mesmerizing, on top of hill. You can have a birds eye view of the entire baddi city. The food taste is good. Staff is friendly. The cottage is really worth the cost, living room with sofa ac and room is also big. However, the cottage bathroom is quite old and needs repair maintenance. Bath tub doesn't work. Overall good for couple and family, business traveller's can find peace and morning aura.

Room was not spacious according to the price charged by us. It was conjusted and bedding was not comfortable. Service was not good too

Best of the best places to live and soend time with family and friends. I enjoyed a lot with family. Wonderful experience

It was cool stay, calm atmosphere, staff also cooperative. Overall a good experience.

The location of the property is good and food quality is also not bad but rest is horrible. Nothing less than a nightmare. The rooms we booked was a superior room but it was simply not stay able. The wall paper was torn and full of sports, the bed linens had patches and the room was stinking. Our room was changed to a smaller room with no windows without any compensation. We ware told that dinner will be buffet with both veg and non veg items, but at the dinning hall it was told that no non veg items were available, thought we paid for it. No compensation was also given for this. Finally the food served came with free live cockroaches and other insects. The tray used for serving food was full of insects and its told that it came while bringing the food from kitchen and it was not there while cooking. Both rooms ac failed at 2 am and there was no logical answer for it. After repeated requests the manager didn't came to meet us, so finally we had to find him out while checking out but he doesn't have answer for any thing except blaming management and other government authorities. But with repeated requests he didn't shared the owner's contact details. I have the photo of everything i mentioned as proof and can share to the hotel management if requested. I strongly recommend all never ever visit this property and also request to black list this property to maintain the reliability of customers.

Rooms were filthy the fog shown in the photographs is the real pollution of the surrounding industrial area door locks were out of order

Location is ok, I went in scorching heat so maybe not ideal at that time of May/June. just to point out, you notice power outages in hot weather. had to stay awake from 2-3 AM because of no electricity. Also, had to call room service thrice in 90 minutes before getting the cold water bottles to my room. Rest, it is a good resort food is good, we ordered paneer tikka masala nd garlic naan with lacha Paratha. it was great in taste. Morning breakfast buffet was also awesome. Service during buffet was excellent 👌.

Location is very beautiful. Service of the staff needs improvement& also hygiene of the rooms.

Room was average or below average. No proper amenities. Towel and linen quality was poor. We had taken tariff including dinner plan, we have served thali no buffet avaliable. Request for laundry bag, denied by staff. Only ggod thing is view from property.
