overall ok but the bathroom shower is not working otherwise it's okay 👍

Check in is very good.Room and there staff behaviour is very good.They are provided mineral water.

Upon early check-in, I was told no rooms were available at the original price. The room offered instead was in deplorable condition—exuding a foul odor, with broken bed, filthy bathroom/ toilet—an experience so distressing I felt compelled to leave immediately and book elsewhere. The room I received was nothing like depicted on the MakeMyTrip listing. I request the following: 1. A full refund for the entire booking amount. 2. Compensation for the inconvenience and additional costs incurred. 3. Confirmation of actions taken against the hotel (if any) to ensure future guests are not misled.

Rooms are not good pathetic. They offered me first room that room washroom celing is open. Than we show 2nd room bed room ceiling open we ask staff for lekeage he said no then water poured from roof my all bags and clothes wet Not recommended to anyone.

Had a terrible experience with the hotel. The staff is very rude especially the receptionist. The images of the room shown does not match the ones shown on the Make my trip website. No amenities were provided as listed on the app, water was not provided and television was not there in the room. The walls of the room were having spit marks. Mirror of the almirah was standing separate. Toilet seat was broken. Can't lock the toilet from outside as the door lock was broken. The bedsheet was having Ciggerate burn marks. Usually The hotels provide you with a buffer of 1-2 hours before and after the checkin checkout time. In this hotel staff was very particular about the time and was very rude. Will never recommend this hotel to anyone and especially Make my trip because of providing false information on its site regarding the amenities provided at the hotel.

Terrible property and staff I didn't get checkin there. On top of it no parking and rooms are pathetic and very unhygienic

The hotel is neat and clean. Stuff was helpful and supportive. The stairs might be a problem for elderly people to access 1st and 2nd floor. Otherwise a good place to stay.

Room wasn't clean at all, no mirror in the room, talking about properties location it is located at a very crowded place.

The place was in a location with a smell of cigarettes all over the place, even inside the rooms, and the room didn’t match at all with the pictures. Also no housekeeping and broken furniture as well with no tv.

Cleanliness not up to the mark, tv is there which is not in working condition, not spacious, only cot to sleep no chairs in room bathroom always dirty, no lift, it's only option for urgency, area also look like buisness purpose only, no good hotels to eat near, have to walk at-least 10 to15 minutes for food

The hotel was under renovation and still they were accepting bookings. Even no basic facilities were provided by them.
