Tribal Wood Resort

A nice concept, pocket-friendly resort located 200m off the road to kathia gate and just 15 min walk from it. I loved the outdoor area: quiet, green, with lots of gazebos to hang out. The cottages were painted in tribal patterns and there was quite a few furniture inside. Every cottage has its porch where you can sit,too. a big plus is a kettle. The room was clean though as in most places in India linen and towels aren't snow white. The water wasn't hot enough for me but I simply mixed it with boiling water from the kettle. The food in the restaurant was tasty and the portions enormous. It was also reasonably priced, considering it's a resort's restaurant in a national park. But most importantly, the manager was EXTREMELY helpful! When our bus didn't arrive he offered to give us a lift all the way to the nearest town, 30 km! I regret we stayed so short as couldn't fully enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of this place.

Semi deluxe non ac rooms are just okay. But the best part is the environment of the resort is very nice and peaceful. Manager and cook are very attentive. They attended to all our requests all the time. Non veg food was best prepared by the cook dhaneshwar. We took local chicken handi which was the best in kanha.

Stay was very good. Specially hospitality of staff was very good. One thing which drag the all other good things of Tribal Wood Resort is ambience of room. All other things are just excellent. Must choose if you are looking budegt friendly and looking for good food Tribal Wood Resort

Its a very beautiful resort. With pure natural beauty. U can feel the. Birds chirping, breezy air, shoot-hing greenery and calmness in the natures lap. And specially the food. Prepared by chef or uncle. Amazing. Taste. I definitely suggest this resort for your weekend.

Resort was very good, it was very peaceful and secluded. Hotel staff was also very cooperative. And i would like to specially thank mr. Bhojraj ji (Tribal Wood Resort manager) for hosting us. He did a wonderful job at that.

Great staff, great food. Just make sure you call the property and check the location before you travel to this resort. It's right next to khatiya gate but took us time to figure that out. Enjoy!

My stay at Tribal Wood Resort near Kanha Tiger Reserve was nothing short of amazing! The resort offers the perfect escape into nature while providing exceptional comfort and hospitality.

Good to stay in this resort. You can get here park, garden, kids play area etc. Overall a good Tribal Wood Resort. It is few far away from kanha national park. Very good.

Hotel was good. I liked their atmosphere. I have enjoyed there. All the facilities regarding shuttle service, gypsy, tour are available on this Tribal Wood Resort. Staffs are good in behavior.
