Location is near the airport in bk c about 30-40 minutes away. Just adjacent to jio world convention centre. This is 5 minutes walk or less than a km. Near and clean. Courteous staff. They generally do not agree for early check in before 2 pm since people check out at about 12 or so. However they will keep luggage when you arrive and before check in. Water bottles are glass bottles made in-house and sealed. Tv size bigger and high quality. Ac working fine optimally. As you switch off the main entrance switch, the curtain shade drops automatically and it becomes pitch dark. To save heating by sun. Linen almost new, good quality and clean. Buffet breakfast high quality. They prefer that you ask the waiter to bring to the table what you require. I would like to stay again. The location of the property is great. It is in BKC near jio world. Overall, the stay was great. Few observations and suggestions: 1. The food menu can be more diverse in terms of North Indian food. 2. The airport pickup charges are unjustifiable. I booked an Uber XL from the airport and reached the Trident Bandra Kurla by paying 340 rupees but for the same thing, Trident asked me for some 4072 INR which is not a nominal price at all when we look at the distance of the Trident Bandra Kurla from Airport.
