Trident Gurgaon

Beautiful resort with huge water pools, lush-green gardens and great architecture. My check in experience was good as they were pretty quick and accommodated my special request for spacious room. Front office staff walk you to your room and make you familiar about room like temperature or lighting controls etc. By this time luggage is already there. Spotlessly clean room with complimentary fruits and chocolates. I was staying with kid so staff extended help for baby food and arranged balloons etc. In restaurant cilantro, morning buffet spread was not very extensive however everything tasted well which is rare in buffet. Fresh items like puri, millet uttapam etc took time but very tasty. Service staff ensured to enhance meal experience. Lyrah bar in evening is great place to enjoy. Overall, excellent stay.

How do i start! it was not just a beautiful amazing picturesque Trident Gurgaon, it was an experience. And this amazing staff at trident made it happen for us. It was my husband’s first birthday after we got married, so i wanted to do something special for me. I put my trust in trident and i tell you they went an extra mile to help me and make it the most beautiful day. My husband loves to have his breakfast, and breakfast at trident set high standards for him now. These people even decorated our room and provided a complimentary cake, how cool is that! right! i would definitely suggest to experience this amazing stay at trident, and it’s 70% the efforts of the staff! 30% is the beauty! which is wow! a kind of mirage in a city with building instead of sand dunes all over.

It was a great pleasure staying at trident, gurgaon and quite memorable a memorable experience. Situated, in a very ideal location, it is hands-down the best property on gurgaon. Every time i stay there, i receive great hospitality and service. Love their beautiful property, rooms, amenities, food, and most importantly, they have a very helpful staff. They ensure your comfort. I had forgot a few essential items at the Trident Gurgaon, they were kind enough to even have it delivered. They’re very prompt, and always quick in fulfilling what you require. Would 10/10 recommend choosing trident.

We had a nice stay at the Trident Gurgaon. Property is beautiful especially the interiors are quite magnificent. Pool is a highlight of open area facilities available at the Trident Gurgaon. Gym is well stocked. Staff is also well trained. Location is also quite near to cyber hub. The only thing missing are indoor games. They could add a couple of table tennis tables for instance.

Location: trident is located well within the city with reachable distance to cyber hub. Hence, a perfect getaway for those looking for relaxating staycation without going out of city limits. Food: food quality can be improved. Amenities: water bodies (including the pool) provide a great experience. Internal linkage to oberoi provides further options to explore to ear and relax.

The trident is overall a great hospital, brilliant ambience and perfect location. Property is good with vast greens and is ultra clean. Pool and fitness centre are well maintained. Cilantro, preparation and ambience are all so good. Staff is highly courteous, every time you are greeted with folded hands and a smile. It’s geniune five star hospitality.

The stay was extremely comfortable due to the amazing service by the staff at trident! the overall property is very green and serene and provides escape from hustle and bustle of the city.

Nice location, excellent staff, good swimming pool facility with clean rooms. Nothing much to do as its a small property with only rooms and swimming pool. Morning buffet was above average but nothing very special in terms of variety or taste. One thing that stand out is staff from reception to room services. Mr abhinav was exceptionally good.

The hospitality is unmatched. I got an experiential upgrade at oberoi. The service was outstanding we got complimentary dessert every time i ordered from in room dining. Check inn is no hassle
