My stay at the trident hyderabad was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment i arrived, the early check-in experience was seamless, thanks to the timely and accurate information provided by the incredibly friendly and courteous staff. Special thanks to siddhesh udayan, and harsh for making the process so smooth and welcoming. The culinary experience at the Trident Hyderabad was outstanding. The food was delicious, with great attention to detail in both taste and presentation. The quality of the cutlery and the impeccable service provided by ujjawal, anurag, and their team truly enhanced the dining experience. The rooms were spotless and offered breathtaking views of the property. The swimming pool was another highlight, providing a perfect place to relax and unwind. The spa services were blissful and comfortable, adding to the overall sense of relaxation during my stay. The attention to detail and the small touches by the housekeeping team were top-notch, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The experience across all trident Trident Hyderabads is same with a great sense of customer excellence!

I’ve booked a 2 night stay with my parents and my kids to celebrate new year’s eve. We had a peaceful and a memorable experience staying at trident hyd. The rooms were big and very clean with beautiful views! the Trident Hyderabad was spectacular, clean and very serene! the staff especially from the check in to dining and check out was very very polite, cheerful and extremely friendly! although they were completely booked and were very busy, every single staff member was courteous, polite and accommodating! we had an amazing experience staying here. Its proximity to the shopping centers and workplaces made it easy for us to step out and get back to Trident Hyderabad to feel the calming and have a 5 star experience! my only suggestion would be to add more spa and salon services here so that we can enjoy more. Will definitely suggest others to stay at this Trident Hyderabad!

My wife and i stayed at trident, hyderabad on our wedding anniversary. Our experience here was nothing but excellent. We were greeted with a traditional aarti and a drink on our welcome. Prachi and shelly got us through the check-in procedure quickly and even upgraded us to the executive suite. They had our room decorated with balloons and even got us an anniversary cake. Their hospitality is one of the best i have ever experienced. The property is extremely well maintained with a really clean pool and great restaurants. The stay is really comfortable and i would definitely recommended everyone to book a stay with them.

Excellent property & staff! from the entrance to p3, i came across 3 guards; all folded hands & wished. The guard at p3 took my luggage & dropped me at the lift when i just asked about it. My request for late check out was accommodated by shweta after she checked with the manager. Shelly at the reception was courteous & even came to drop me close to the lift. Everyone is so courteous & has a genuine smile. Room is awesome! requested for a silent room & they gave me one. Toiletries & furnishing is terrific! a must stay properly. Whenever i am in hyderabad, this is my first choice. A true 5* with an indian heart!

Staff has been courteous and helpful throughout the stay; especially checking if we required any assistance for our infant. The highlight of our stay was the excellent breakfast buffet. Although there was rush due to christmas holidays, the staff was managing the crowd very well and the quality of food was amazing, special mention to stuffed parathas. Reservation team also had catered to our request for a quiet room since we were travel-ling with an infant. Regarding cooked food for infant and related assistance, the in-room dining service was also good.

The hospitality is just way too good that makes you overlook even any minor concerns that you have had. But our stay has been extremely fun and i was worried it would be hard to manage with 2 small kids and first time staycation with them but the Trident Hyderabad considered all our needs and was very prompt with response. Above all this when i mentioned the reason for our stay, they had the room decorated and a cake which made us feel so welcome and first thing that caught my kids attention

It was a great stay. Located in hitec city the prime location for all the it companies. Once you enter the Trident Hyderabad premises it felt like a different world, peaceful and calm away from hyd chaos.

The stay was excellent and the service was very prompt. The facilities were great. Food quality can be improved as per the cost charges.

We really enjoyed our stay here. I’ll definitely visit again if i’m in hyderabad again. The stay was really comfortable and we loved it. The breakfast spread was too good

A very good property, clean, well kept, spacious and great rooms. Didn’t have much time to really use the Trident Hyderabad facilities but would love to visit again sometime.
