My sincere observation and suggestions. Hotel management need to improve more on cleaning. When we checked in, the balcony floor was so dirty. There were bird stools all over the floor and on top the air-con outdoor unit. Waited for half and hour, and we were screaming outside and nobody opened the door, while checking in, it was 1.30 am in the morning. The driver did not bother to help us on the luggage and gone missing and we were helpless waiting outside. We even do not know which is the Trimurti Height 500 mtrs from Puri Railway Station entrance. Dogs were barking and the situation was very dangerous. Hotel travel agent does not reply whatsapp messages on time. Late pick up upon arrival. We almost hired another cab. Nice place to stay. Price should be more cheaper according to the facilities available in the room. 2 star Trimurti Height 500 mtrs from Puri Railway Station facilities at 3 star rates is expensive. Friendly staff. No parking space for travel cars and no space for sleeping for the drivers in the chilling winter.

Staff is but need more work in communication. And the rest is awesome go for it and location is superb. Hotel manager is good and helpful but their staff service is little bit low in quality according to my value for money

Very good location. All the locations like Srimandir, Jaganath temple, seabeach, bustand, railway station are reachable through minimum fare(auto). Good behevior of staff. Food qualityis good. Parking place is there which is a biggest advantage. It is recomendable
