I have stayed here for 2 nights. The stay was good. Especially the Hotel Manager Mr Fabu Tanwar was a gentleman person and supportive. overall the stay was good.

The property is good but has a little disadvantage of parking as the property is located in a small gully. The staff is courteous. Will guide you on the places of visit in Jaisalmer. This property do not have an escalator. Not preferable for aged persons

The location of property is good as it is close to Jaisalmer fort and other tourist spots. Food was not good, I didn't like taste and smell. Amenities were as per listed online, bedsheets were dirty and Electricity in the city is very pathetic as it comes and goes all the time. There is inverter in hotel but only 1 fan can work at a time. Rest all was good. Bathroom was clean. Security was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Stay was very pathetic as people were smoking around the room. Bathrooms were very small even a member cannot stand.

Everything is good like location, service, amenities. Staff behaviour is also good. I feel very comfortable in this hotel.

Location is poor. Food didn't try. Wifi not working. Mm t needs to check the hotels before suggesting them. Via mm t we booked the hotel, hotel people will not return the money, obviously, but what about mmt, they take no responsibility. I will suggest people to book hotels directly rather booking via mmt. Horrible experience. The cost for 1 day was 9520, for this clingy hotel. Both the hotelier and mm t are just cheating people by over rating these types of hotel. In one line do-not trust mmt.

It's a nice and cozy place to stay in jaisalmer city. The staff is very nice and helpful. Should consider booking a room here.

We booked a family room. On reaching hotel, we. Got to know that our room was in basement, which wasn't mentioned anywhere while booking. On expressing discomfort regarding staying in basement, management didn't change our room. Overall not a good time experience.

rooms are very different as per mentioned on the application and also the washroom is not up to the mark but the best part is the hotel delivery the food after 11 pm at night as our train got late that day

Parking facility not available proper. Room ventilation was not good

The hotel service was satisfactory, however, the room sizes were quite limited, the non-veg food quality was average, compared to the price tag. There is no parking space available.

Location was close to station, around 10 min drive by car, food was good / tasty, breakfast did not have much options though, a loo pratha curd, poha, or butter toast, with tea or coffee. Cafeteria space was in open at roof top, so if weather is hot, you can’t have lunch / breakfast there. Rooms were not properly cleaned (floors, though spacious for two persons, remote for tvs were broken not in working condition, no almirahs in room, kind of feeling of converted hotel rooms. Staff was good, and reacted in positive manner to all requests / complaints. If you are going by your own car, no parking available. Overall experience very average, would not like to stay again

Good place. Hospitality was excellent. Guidance and site seeing was good. Appreciate the visit to thar desert and sufiana cultural show.
