The Hotel is 10 mins away from the railway station. There are some major evening markets at walking distance. The rooms were clean and had all necessary arrangements. Wifi is slow with only 2 mbps speed. It can get duster due to outside winds and sands so keep the balcony closed during windy times. Staff was very friendly and cooperative. They also arrange for city tours and desert camps if you haven't pre planned it. They also allowed us to keep our luggage in the store room when we had checked out and wanted to roam free hand. They also helped in pre-booking an auto to the railway station at night with minimal charges. There were many other Indian and Foreign tourists in the Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palace. Overall, this is a very decent Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palace property. Rates can vary by season.

The location of Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palace was soo good. It had a convenient local transport and it is even inside city so u can do sightseeing by auto at very reasonable rates. The staff was so good. I had a baby so they were customising everything. Soo patient professional and very nice staff. Restaurant was also good in taste of food and helpfull. I had seen many Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palaces which has good reviews on net but in real they were not worthy. This Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palace is really worth visiting. I m really happy. First of all the property is a walking distance from the fort and you can see the fort light up beautifully from the rooftop restaurants…..the food was good and they served non-veg which is rare in Jaisalmer….the room was nice and beautifully decorated and most of all the staffs were so helpful till the end….even after we checked out they let us stored out luggage for 2days and even went with us to get our returning ticket….ive been to quite a few Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palaces myself but they have the best customer service

There is only one restaurant Ridhi Sidhi nearby which is somewhat reasonable. Further, the camel safari provided by the Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palace is very costly. In snacks you will get 6-7 pieces pokodi with tea. The toilets in the Oasis camp which the Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palace arranged for us is in pathetic condition. Men can adjust outside but ladies are bound to use it. The dinner served in the camp is also not up to the mark as charged by the Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palace.

I must appreciate that our stay at Hotel Prithvi Palace, Jaisalmer was awesome. Room and washroom was neat and clean and well maintained. The rooms were neatly decorated showing the culture of Jaisalmer. We will like to book our stay with you guys only. It was a good and pleasant experience staying in this Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palace. Food quality was really good and delicious. Staff management was also very welcoming. Overall it was really nice experience.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, and the washroom was very clean. The staff was humble and friendly. They were always available to offer helpful tips and recommendations. This was the best Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palace far yet. Loved the rooms all the safety precautions were taken. Hygiene & cleaninless was too good. Food was awesome u will surely like it. All the staff were cooperative & helpful would recommend this Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palace. U will find all near by Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palace, restaurants rickshaw stand, hanuman chauk over all a great stay we had

1) I got a spacious and hygienic room with two king sized beds and a clean bathroom. 2) Good view from rooftop restaurant. 3) Expensive food but both quality and quantity of food are nice. 4) Nice staff and good service I recommend to go for desert tour company this Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palace. Cheap and you will get all Jeep safari, camel ride, room stay at their desert camp, etc. Nice experience!

Hotel was good. Rooms are very small. For breakfast, they have only few options and you can take one only. Poha or paratha with tea. Only 1 option for breakfast which included in tariff. This is not so good. Location is good. Overall 3/5 from me.

Everything was amazing from stay to location and even food. We had lunch and dinner both at restaurant of the same Tripli Hotels Prithvi Palace and it was great. Only complaint was that the toilet seat is too conjusted.

The staff were co-operative. The place was hygienic. The best part of the stay was the roof top food court. It stands out. Great views as well.

Rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. Staffs were friendly and very helpful. We were there for a day. We were traveling to jaipur the next day. Hotel staff took care of our luggage till evening, until we came back after visiting few more places in the city.

A great place to stay in Jaisalmer, very well trained staff, great hospitality, clean and hygienic rooms, good location, the best part of the Hotel is the restaurant, best view of the Fort and delicious food.
