Geyser wasn’t working, bed sheets were stained, pool was not as clean as it shown in pictures and size was also very small. Really poor experience I had there.

Never ever opt for this hotel

Worst experience, there were cockroaches in the room. The washbasin drain pipe came out automatically when we were using it. There was continuous noise going around in the premises had a big time trouble in sleeping after a long travel. They also charged me extra for compensating the wrong booking date with urgent same day booking (there was no cancellation & refund policy) available. I will suggest stay away from this hotel

The thought about this Hotel is really nice, planned out with a vision to offer a comfortable stay to the people who travel to this beautiful city of Udaipur. However there have been some hurdles to reach there. Like the breakfast on the first day was Lil disappointing with just over salty upma and some parathas, i understand maybe it was just after Diwali day maybe that could be a reason. 2nd day breakfast was nice with poha and puri sabji. The doors didn't have an internal physical bolt lock which is very integral for an outstation traveller. The toilet seat was broken. And there was power outage in my room, which ruined the entire next day as I had disturbed sleep. Anyway I understand it was some phase electricity issue, in sometime the generator was turned on and it kept switching on and off throughout the night. It defeated the purpose of a hotel room. The AC kept making noises whenever it was used, so I chose to switch it off and requested the staff to open the locked window which they readily opened. Apart from that the location of this hotel is centrally located and it did make all the difference. The room was accessible from any part of Udaipur in just 10- 15 mins. Thankyou for this great property, we can maybe make it better which covers all the aspects of the idea 'a hotel'.

Great Value Stay with Lovely Terrace Dining

The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and definitely offers good value for money. It is located close to all the famous points, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The paid food options are delicious, and the terrace restaurant is especially enjoyable for dinner, offering beautiful views of the City Palace at night. Included Breakfast, however, was quite average and could be improved. Overall, a good place to stay at this price point.
