Tripli Hotels Shambhu Villas

I stayed at Shambu Vilas Tripolis Hotel in Udaipur and booked the suite room. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The staff behavior was polite and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. However, I was disappointed with the lack of basic amenities. The tea kit, soap, and dental kit were not provided initially. Upon requesting, they provided the tea kit and soap, but the dental kit was never made available. For a suite room, I expected these essentials to be readily available without needing to ask. Overall, while the room quality and staff service were good, the management needs to pay more attention to providing the promised amenities to enhance the guest experience.

Beautiful ambience. All the tourist spots were just around the corner. Very peaceful view and loved how it was so comfy. Especially the manager of grapevine restaurant was so humble and good loved his hospitality he understood what we wanted to eat. Over all experience was 10/10

Hotel is at good location. You can reach any location in old udaipur city within 5min. Cleanliness of the Tripli Hotels Shambhu Villas is good. Staff is very cooperative. I have requested early checkin during weekends they provided me first available room.

The stay was good. The staff was polite and humble. The location of the Tripli Hotels Shambhu Villas is nearby city place and many other shopping areas. I enjoyed my stay with my family here. I definitely recommend it
