Very very poor privacy management ,They don't check the room windows properly when we checked the room the window lock is brocken from inside anybody can easily open the window from outside when we discuss the matter with the management they said that nobody was complaining about that room fantastic replay from the management

I discovered this hotel in the MakeMyTrip app and booked it urgently on the same day. It was a satisfactory hotel, and they only charged me for early check-in. The experience was excellent. I Booked on the same day urgently, and an early check-in was accommodated for a charge of only . The room was exceptionally clean. Furthermore, the hostel's proximity to the metro station is a significant advantage for public commuting.

Very good furnished room adjacent to metro station and hotels on the main road. Particularly the Asst. Manager madam in TriStar regency is very well spoken person who helping nature by guiding us point to point for our request for visiting Chotanikkar Amma temple and Marine drive for water metro tour . She took kern interest with great patience . We had a very happy stay. Even the reception boy and lady on 7 September at 7 pm night really gave their cooperation when we returned to hotel TriStar due to the unfortunate happening of accident to our auto with speeding car which went through no entry zone road while we were on our way from hotel to railway station for train which resulted in admission in hospital at Ernakulam itself for 2 days with bleeding in head and rib fracture for self and deep muscle injury to our girl. The reception staff attended well.
