TRITON BY SHYAMA HOTELS & RESORTS

I had a wonderful stay at Triton Hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location was convenient, and the overall ambiance of the hotel felt relaxing and welcoming. The food was also really good, especially the breakfast. Overall, a great experience — definitely recommended!

Terrible staff, terrible services. Hotel staff isn’t bothered to service requests. Despite of multiple calls and reminders they aren’t even bothered to respond or resolve the problem.. Hotel doesn’t have 24 hrs hot running. They provide hot water in buckets.

Smelly room, even after multiple complaint problem not solved and was compelled to stay as payment was not refundable, service is very slow even after multiple calls they didn’t respond properly, reception staff is not cooperated for bare minimum, food was excellent so kudos for chef...

disappointment with my recent stay at TRITON by Shyama Hotels & Resorts, Raipur (Chhattisgarh). My experience was far below expectations due to several serious issues: At check-in, I was initially allotted Room 309, but shockingly, the same room was given to another guest as well. The room had no towels, and despite multiple calls to housekeeping, no one answered. I also called reception to request a pillow and towel, but no one came. There was a cockroach in the room, indicating poor hygiene and maintenance. When I ordered food, after waiting for around 20 minutes, the restaurant informed me that my choice of food was not available. My car had to be parked nearly half a kilometer away from the hotel on the road, as no proper parking was available.

The room was pretty averag..didn’t have any menu card..the service was slow and not much answerable…the room phone was also not working properly..the food is nice..staff is a little okay!

review: ⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) hotel triton in raipur was decent but could be better. the rooms were average, and the washroom had very low water pressure, which was inconvenient. some essential amenities like a mini fridge were missing. breakfast was quite basic and not very impressive. it’s okay for a short stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement in both facilities and food quality.

It's a wonderful property located at a prime area of Raipur. Room was excellent specially the balcony.Room service was superb too.I had a very comfortable stay.Food was excellent.
