Good staff. Property close to boating points. Tempo traveller will go just 100 meters before the property. Car will go up to the property. Rooms are small. They don't offer breakfast.

Room size is ok for two people. hospitality very good. inside room blankets and pillows need to be very fresh..this to be improved. food is not available here. need to add this. employees behaviour was very good.

Trium Resorts is a good and decent place for a peaceful family getaway. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with scenic surroundings that add to the charm. Friendly staff and a calm atmosphere make it a pleasant stay.

Everything was so good! Room was compact and comfortable. Had a beautiful boat ride. Staffs were so friendly and polite.

Room and staff was decent but no availability of food in house as shown in photos but mr arun property manager was a nice person over all helpful but struggling with food issue

I had booked this property for 2 nights and my overall experience was average. Pros: 1.This property is situated very next to the backwaters boat dock. So if you are looking for a shikara or houseboat then you can ask them to pick from here. 2. Good parking space 3. Overall nice staff and nice location. Cons: 1. There was lot of power outage and the genarator was not working properly. There were lot of power fluctuations. 2. Wifi was not working. 3. As this is a old property so TV was outadated. 4. There a balcony attached to room but it seemed it was not cleaned since long time. 5. The road to this hotel is too narrow and it is very hard to get your car there. I had bumped my car twice to the wall while reaching to hotel.

Amazing experience, nothing to complain about. Great location, right on punnamada lake, friendly staff and very affordable rates.

A terrible experience the stay was very bad. Power supply is not working properly water supply was not there in the morning total that's not resort feels totally different

Comfortable stay. Arun was very helpful and guided for local transfers and sightseeing. Have booked deluxe lake view room, but there is no any view from the room.
