Good. But please change the doormats near the washroom. There was no doormat and instead of that used towel was there.

Experienced a decent stay at this hotel. Decent behaviour from reception. Perhaps rooms should have been with better air fresher to avoid smoking smell of earlier resided people.

Great stay! One of the very few places with big parking space which is a need in Pondicherry. Near to all places. Very clean rooms and washrooms.

The clubroom (201) had problems like (1) no spotlights above the mirrors in the room as well as in the toilet that made it difficult to see our face in the mirror 😞 and there was no stand anywhere near the mirrors to keep cosmetics 😞 (2) due to improper slope, shower water was collecting near the bathroom door that kept both room always wet (3) both A/C and the wall mount fans are mounted just above the head end of the wall instead on the opposite wall later we were given room 202 by Mr. Deepak which was fairly a good room (except for no spotlights above the mirrors here as well) The rooms were kept very clean 🙂 including the toilets 👍 Kindly rectify these problems to avoid inconvenience to residents A big thanks to Mr.Deepak and Mr.Manikatan for timely support A big thanks to Mr.Karthikeyan a thorough gentleman driver who made our travel enjoyable within the city in his autorickshaw 🙂 and the security guard in the morning shift who was also quite supportive overall a good experience T S grand, hope to see positive changes during our next visit

Room is good, however there is no cleaning service without intimation.
