I need my money terrible experience, checked out as soon as possible and make my trip is worst I called thrice from the property not even a reply, i need my money back

Hot water facility was not working. Lift also under maintenance. Food also below average. Overall I am not satisfied.

Other than room size nothing in the hotel is good. Inoperable lift all 3 days, no hot water, leaking toilet, cold breakfast at 8 AM, non-working TV, no wifi, non-cooperative staff. Toilet leakage was not addressed even after reporting. So far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Room access card was inactivated, had to climb 2 floors twice (non-working lift) just to get that activated.

Parking area very small Breakfast is not up to the mark

The stay was just awesome. The hotel staff were too good. I would suggest other to opt for this hotel.

Though it's called 5 STAR, room is very small and bathrooms are humid and not that great and clean, for 1 night stay it may be ok but not more than that

It is prime location on national highways which is convenient for transport into and outside city, we had breakfast buffet which was worth the money and had varieties,the rooms where very spacious and neat with clean toilets

No hot water at the time of bath .Complaint at reception they replied problem in heater pump. One more complaint food is average

Food is not that much good, but property was very good. If anyone wants to stay then please order food from outside.
