TSG AURA

To be honest, the first impression was pretty bad. The reception/ lobby area was not very welcoming and the reception staff seemed to be lethargic. The room service was also pretty slow. We had to call them 4-5 times for a problem that we had and they said that the corresponding person will only be available in the evening. But as they said, they helped us in resolving the issue in the evening. Room was pretty good with almost all facilities that you can expect for the price that you pay. The sunrise beach (sitapur beach) is very near to this property (walk able ~100 mts) and the sunset beach (ram nagar beach) is roughly 10 minutes away by 2/4 wheeler. Food was the best thing for us at this property during our stay. Both breakfast and dinner buffets that we had was pretty amazing and the quality was good too. They also had al-a-carte options available but buffet seemed sufficient and good for us. The property is around 5 kms from the jetty and one cannot expect any mobile network/ internet or wi-fi facilities to be available at this property. However, the staffs were kind enough to lend their phone incase if we need to call someone. The other cafe/ restaurant which was nearer to this property had wi-fi available but wi-fi was a costly affair here. We were able to avail paid wi-fi facility from a government wi-fi siva center for 50rs/200mb and even that was pretty slow. The overall experience was pleasant.

Very green and clean resort, with all rooms with the same view (of a green garden. Wooden interiors and furniture in the balcony add to the charm. The food was super tasty and the breakfast had a lot of options. The location is a bit remote ~5km from jetty and bharatpur beach, but we had a scooty so we actually enjoyed touring the island. The resort seemed to be in a bit of disrepair, the wifi/tv wasn't working throughout and in our room, even the fridge was not working. However, this wifi issue might be common across all TSG AURAs in andamans (we faced it at all places in our 7 n stay. Overall, i will definitely stay here again when i return.

The location and the ambience of the property is awesome. A few yards away from the sitapur beach which appears as though a private beach of tsg. The concept of the cottages with wood and the colour combination with the surrounding greenery is a treat to once eyes. However the food is average and not a value for money thing. Though the staff out number the guests they appear to be so professional and duty oriented rather than friendly and polite approach. The staff in the restaurant are not at all attentive and not professional enough. How ever the room and comfort are just jaw dropping.

This property is located at the edge of the island (neil. Property is far from the ferry, but will have no issues in reaching the TSG AURA since the island is very small and it's just 5 km. I would prefer this property at all times, the facilities are good. Easy check-in and staff is so supportive. Breakfast served here, inclusive of package. All the items are good. The main attraction is the sunrise point, which is really amazing to watch. Bike rentals, cab, autos are available at this location for ferry transfer. The rooms are cozy and just awesome.

The property is located right on the sitapur beach where you can witness stunning views of the sunrise. Neil being a small island, it does not take much time (less than 20 mins) to reach anywhere from tsg. Hotel is decently priced for the services offered; does not have a pool which is true for most resorts in this part of island. Food is good but found it slightly overpriced. Staff was very helpful and provided all necessary support for arranging transport (cellphone connectivity poor and hence, this is important. Overall a good experience.

We stayed in ts g aura at neil island, the TSG AURA staffs were excellent. Everything was provided to us on time and even when checkout they were very happy to extend our stay as our ferry was late. The only improvement which needs to be done is the management needs to spend some money. They have not taken care of anything, room floors were creaking, no wifi in rooms, upon checking we got to know there is no chef, only a local cook is available who is not at all good. The food provided were pathetic. But overall a good stay.

The resort has private access to sitar-am beach and it is picturesque. There is no air-tel network but the wifi provided in reception is good for calling and browsing. I had issue with my phone but the staff ms neha from the reception was very resourceful to help me connect with my family and proving much needed assistance. Really appreciate ms neha and all staff from the resort. Had a pleasant stay. Easy access to get sunrise view from the beach. Thank you team aura

It was a great stay. The property is absolute beauty located just alongside its private beach ( sitapur beach. The rooms were really comfortable, elegant and clean. The staff was really helpful, nice, and accommodating. The food and the in-house restaurant are also affordable and really good. Upon entering the TSG AURA, we were greeted by friendly staff with garlands and tilak. Their positive and accommodating attitude made us feel right at home.

Best stay near to sitapur beach with decent wooden rooms, restuarant with many options on the menu and friendly staff. Would recommend this.

A well maintained property, beautiful location and excellent food! totally worth the money! however, there were stray dogs that were following us behind. If they could keep the stray dogs out of the property then it would be great.

The stay was alright, but the TSG AURA is greatly overpriced for the facilities it offers.

The TSG AURA is located on the sitapur beach sunrise point. Direct access to the beach. Rooms were tidy and spacious. Breakfast spread was ok. No phone signal and wifi is very poor which was a blessing.

Pros- Resort with personal beach( Sitapur beach ), great breakfast and lunch/dinner with veg/non-veg options , beautiful and spacious rooms with balconies and all necessary amenities, amazing housekeeping service. Cons- Good for digital detox as Internet connectivity is very poor. But in case of any urgency one can use Wi-Fi of reception, restaurants etc or choose a room near reception.

Stay was good and comfortable. It was a nice bjg room. Our stay was relaxing. Staffs were cooperative and friendly. Overall was good.

Property is beautiful and well maintained, they have restaurants, bar and cafe which serves good food. Location is walkable distance from the radhanagar beach

Staff was co-operative. Food was an issue. you don't get anything to eat post dinner timings. rest all was good. the property was right on the beach.

Very good resort , near to beach, Sun rise point, depends on Cloud conditions Excellent Food quality and taste. Very Relaxing resort. There is no local transport and 5 km away from Main beach Bharatpur.

Best location of resort since we will have access to private sitapur beach within 30 seconds time. You can experience best sunrise which will make your trip memorable. Also can spend an ample amount of time on the beach
