we traveled with family for one night stay. 1. Very good property. 2. Location is near to the beach. 3. Food quality is also awesome. 4. staff behaviour and hospitality is also very good. overall good experience.

I would say it was a good stay. I loved the beach view from the property. One of the best hotel for those looking for beach view rooms. Loved the hospitality. Highly recomedable.

Terrible room. Only good thing about the property is that sitapur beach was directly accessible (sunrise point) of which I have added pictures. I don’t know if they provided us the worst room or what but the towels were torn, linen was extremely dirty, washroom stank so bad. The room needs renovation. Our room was 203. We could hear noise from kitchen at night when we finally tried to sleep in this weird dungeon.The property is polished from outside but our room was horrific. Felt like someone had in the room and they forgot to clean it. I have never been this disappointed with a property in my life. We had to stay just for a night and tried to stay out mostly. I slept by putting my towel on bed to avoid touching any linen. I wish i had never booked this stay. I have stayed at much smaller hotels with better cleanliness and amenities. Extremely misleading . Our room was not seaside like they mention. Very very disappointed.

Good property right next to sitapur beach. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. The only downside is that the bed was squeaky.

My stay at this resort was absolutely wonderful! The ambiance was peaceful, the rooms were spacious, and the staff made the experience even more memorable with their warm hospitality. The best part was the stunning beach just a short walk away—clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing or capturing beautiful moments. Waking up to the sound of waves and ending the day with a beautiful sunset felt magical. Whether you're looking for comfort, scenic views, or a quiet escape, this resort has it all. I truly had an unforgettable stay and would highly recommend it!

Our stay at TSG Aura was disappointing. There was no Wi-Fi because the connection was down, and the area had zero network coverage, so we were completely cut off. The bed was old and creaky, and even the wooden floor made noise with every step. For the price we paid, the overall experience wasn’t worth it. The breakfast was also disappointing—not terrible, but definitely not good either. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Great location, good food, almost cooperative staff but can be better but overall great experience. They need to renovate the washroom area

We stayed in 2 rooms. The property you can say is on the beach nearby (Sitapur) and is famous for sunrise but unfortunately due to the cloudy weather couldn't catch any stunning view. The beach itself was not very well maintained with lots of weeds and debris lying uncared for. Mr Niladri the Operations Manager of TSG Aura is an experienced gentleman. The front office staff were cooperative. The dinner buffet was average. Breakfast had awesome idly, french fries, but found many items not being refilled though empty for long, no live counter, while eggs to order took long to service. Think the limited staff were not able to handle the large number of guests. Overall an above average experience.

Amazing stay by the beach. Sunrise could be seen right from the property. Best amenities in all over neil. Staff is super supportive , they help with cab an scooty arrangements and guidance to explore at the right timings considering high n low tides.

Loc is excellent. Food is good. Services are good. Amenities are generally available. But the property is old and needs maintainance.

Excellent stay.Rooms are quite cozy and beautiful. Food is average. The Beach opposite to the property is awesome at sunrise and you can enjoy at evening with your friends and family. Staff behaviour is excellent and very humble.. Great experience

Their services are very concerned to attend all the needs of the customer in better way. They immediately attend my complaint and resolves it very immediately. They maintain good lawn, with kids playing area.

Food - great, all varieties of dishes were available and the taste was also good. Amenities - good, had room service and the staff was available. Wifi - there is no signal apart from BSNL and the wifi was not stable in the rooms but only at reception or restaurant. So, was largely inconvenient. Room was good. Limited food choices. Whatever we asked for was not available even if it was as simple as a cold coffee. No buffet breakfast served. Menu for breakfast was also very limited. The only answer we got was “off season hai”. But the money wasn’t less charged. This is one of the most expensive hotels - and considering the rates i was expecting it to be better than what it was. Highly disappointed!

An absolutely delightful stay! TSG AURA offers the perfect blend of comfort, cleanliness, and warm hospitality. The staff were courteous and helpful, the rooms were spacious and well-maintained, and the location was peaceful yet accessible. A wonderful place to unwind in Neil Island — highly recommended!

not upto mark very dim lights I can't do makeup also dampness in rooms due to wood electric power cut bugged me and please don't see room service becoz the women who cleaned the toilet pot manually also washed our used glasses they don't train staff for good sanitation

The property was Amazing and it was right outside the Beach. Very well maintained and peaceful. the staff was very helpful and welcoming. The food was delicious and Tons of options for the breakfast buffet. They even helped me to book a cab/bike during my stay. The room was Spotless and the room service was Excellent. Overall it was a perfect experience and I would surely stay again with this property. Highly Recommended
