We took 3 AC rooms . Seamless check in and checkout .Rooms are neatly maintained. Will come back again

No worth of money...many equipments are not working condition, water flow is very slow in bathroom. No hot watt

Many equipments are not in working condition...like no hot water, water flow is very slow, toilet sink is not filling due to unable to flesh out, door are with broken condition etc etc

Please don’t even to think stay there poor

The cost is equivalent to a 3 star hotel in this region but the service is very poor. No one to help at the reception all night, until 9am. Unless you ask a few times, you don’t get anything including hot water in the bath.

very average rooms with bed covers and pillows had stains. the room smelled bad and had to call the housekeeping to clean it

After check out i was told the computer is not working and the gst invoice will be provided via whatsapp messsage. They didn’t give me the gst invoice that too after calling them 3 times

The staff are well mannered and helpful. The rooms are not neat. The whole glass looks like it was cleaned at-least a year ago. The linen and towels are all old. The property is really good but needs maintenance.

Their location is very good. Free limited food in the morning is only a south indian dish. Other dishes are chargeable which should be free for outside people. Room service is very good. But it is some difficult to understand english or hindi. They use only regional language. It should be improved with national or international language.

The location is good. Had only their complimentary breakfast hence cannot comment on food. Amenities and services are good for a place like Ranipet. Can't compare with cities

Worst experience in my life, no water available at morning 445 am, called reception but nobody attended, went to reception no staff was there, spoke with security watch men, he switched on tank water. Next no hot water ( solar water bottle working due to issues ) we took bath in cold water. I am not interested.

Decent rooms, spacious, and clean. Ample car parking, average food at very affordable price. Management is very friendly. Also, kids friendly place.

this hotel has been renovated recently, but still certain minor thigs are missing. ex towel rack in bathroom. staff is very courteous and helpful. food is ok. but prices are on higher side.

As it is run by tamilnadu tourism (a govt enterprise, the service is less than the average expectations. We stayed for official trip. 20 mins to fill a bucket of water in washroom. No one attends reception phone. After 10pm, no service at all. Room was clean exceptionally. Food was not bad. Overall rating can be 2.
