Usually when we book the tickets in make my trip it always as a ac hotel only but when I entered it is non AC and enquired the same with hotel staff they said it is not mentioned anywhere as ac hence we are not able to provide the ac room.

Room was big but the service was not upto the mark. No blankets, water was provided. I had to ask them multiple times for the blanket and they delivered it at 11:30 PM when all of us slept. No water was provided also. There is no lift facility to go to upper floors which means we need to carry our luggage through the stairs and difficult for old people. Neverthless, it is a decent stay for a day if you are looking for a basic accomodation with breakfast.

we have booked 2 rooms for a family stay. The rooms are not cleaned and the beds are smiling. we even asked for a blanket. they are not provided. The hotel staff are not responding....if you asked anything we bad experience

Property location and pathing are good, however there is no facility or care takers, they have not provided basic amenities like bed sheet, even after requesting there is no use, it’s better to say there is no breakfast than serving such a worst food, overall please book an AC room only and carry your blankets, never have food over there
