The location of this property is very good. Overall experience was also good. This am writing considering available properties there and overall reviews i read and based on which we decided to stay here. We realised that overall, you cannot expect much lavish kind of experience here. Economical budget friendly accomodations are available per my understanding. The rooms are very basic but ours was east facing, sea facing and we could watch sunrise from the room, though i had gone just outside as there were few trees in between. Could also watch peacock there. Beach is very nearby from here but not attached to this property as there is a road between. All main attractions we could see right in front from our room. Tea, breakfast was very good, delicious and fesh. It was far better as compared to what we had outside for dinner in the market. Saravana restaurant. Staff is good and helpful. So, overall good stay.

Room was clean, spacious with attached balcony. Bathroom was also very big with an attached dressing area. Room was equipped with intercom, tv and two sofas. One can have a view of arabian sea from the balcony. Behavior and response of housekeeping staff was prompt and excellent. Property is located in a prime area, opposite to the lighthouse. Complimentary breakfast was superb with both continental and indian spreads. Only negative point was hot water was not available in the tap (may be, ambient temp being 25 deg c)

Excellent TTDC Hotel TamilNadu - Kanniyakumari, with beautiful surroundings the parsumalai hills offers a stunning view of the city. The staff are very caring very helpful, starting with the ever smiling mr. Eashwar, the chef mr. Tapan not mentioning all the others who were extremely delightful. They have earned my loyalty for sure. I look forward to visiting the property again

This property has the best location in kanyakumari - overlooking the meeting point of the three oceans / seas. The staff is great. The porperty is a bit dated but it meets all the requirements for a pleasant short stay. The restaurant food needs serious attention.
