Twinstar Hotel

Room was a little small but comfortable. The only problem was that complimentary breakfast was served inside the room with limited items like idli, dosa, wada and pongal and it was not covered also, which means it had to be eaten as per their time which was last by 9:30. Also once the tea was served 1 hour after it was ordered. But the pub attached to the property was awesome and the servers there were very hospitable.

Js five located in very good location rooms are very clean i stay for three days good for stay complementary breakfast also good they serve directly to the room, when i vacating the room i asked for 2 hours extra time thay allow me to stay without any charges best Twinstar Hotel

For me, the location couldn’t have gotten any better as i was there for a hospital visit at merf. The Twinstar Hotel is clean, well kept. The staff is attentive and keen on helping. The food whether breakfast/ dinner( from the cycle cup) has lots of room for improvement.

Comfortable and clean room with hot water. Had to almost beg for the free breakfast which arrived without coffee. And had to be requested for. Good location with laid-back staff modifications in check in and check out won't be entertained.

The place is really nice. Clean comfortable rooms. Location is very central so anywhere you want to go in chennai is only 15-20 minutes. They need to upload more pictures of the Twinstar Hotel as the current pictures don't do any justice.

The room was neat and clean. The location was very nice too. Sangeetha’s a well known restaurant chain was within walking distance. However, the reception had a pesticide smell. Maybe they might have done pesticide recently.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Good location of Twinstar Hotel as well however there was not proper setup of the room, no soaps and enough water bottles pls ensure to keep those before guests arrive

Pretty pleasant it's also near our own house and in the proper location which i am used also at arms length as was needed. Excellent coordination, neat and clean immediate response, and responsible thank you

Stay and service was good. No restaurant is a drawback. But if they can serve a variety in breakfast it could help in longer stay

The Twinstar Hotel is located in a prime location. If food is ordered, it will be served through other food vendors. Good restaurants are also available nearby. The Twinstar Hotel is neat & clean to stay.

The rooms are clean, well maintained, staaf are cooperative.

Hotel is good & neat, rooms are spacious. But only thing is restaurant and bar is not working. Should mention the same.
