U Rivergate Resort

We had an incredible experience at this place! the overall stay was highly enjoyable, with comfortable accommodations and excellent service. The staff was polite, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Although the room service was a bit slow, it didn't significantly detract from our experience. One aspect that could use improvement is the food. While the stay was good, the breakfast lacked variety as the same food was served every morning. It would be wonderful if they could introduce more options to cater to different preferences and provide a more diverse dining experience. Additionally, the upkeep of the place, especially the outdoor and indoor games areas, needs attention. It would be great if these facilities were properly maintained to enhance the overall experience for guests. Despite these minor areas for improvement, our three-night stay at the resort was fantastic. The amazing ambiance, coupled with the friendly staff and overall positive experience, made our time there truly memorable. We would highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a delightful and relaxing getaway

The resort is nearly 10kms away from karjat main area and it's best recommended to reach this place through your own vehicles or private taxis. Ola/uber will get you to this place but it's not recommended to rely on them when u leave. You can still get here by train and then an auto, but that would take longer and is exhausting the stay was quite pleasant. The resort has a lot of activities that can be done including adventure activities like archery, riffle shooting, zip-lining and kayaking at an additional cost for all. A complementary horse ride was also provided to us. Since the area is quite huge, they do provide golf cart services to help you reach your rooms or any other points. The staff is quite helpful. The food, though was good is limited by the no of options that you get for non veg food if you are choosing buffet and ala carte will burn a hole in your pocket. The variety is good for vegetarian food. We enjoyed our 2 day trip well and the resort staff even helped us get an auto to nearest station as ola/uber services are usually not available near the resort.

Overall a good experience, but felt a bit expensive but when you are with family, then i generally prefer family comfort and safety over expensive. We booked a superior king room with breakfast, which is basically a separate cabin but overall clean and well maintained. Resort is family friendly, horse riding and other activities which are chargeable but fun. Pool is clean and game zone has basic carrom, pool table, table tennis and other indoor games, plus they have a kids play area and bicycles. River is very near, you can take pictures, and there are some adventure activities in river which we didn't do. Food was good but very expensive. We ordered dal rice for the child which was good. And some dinner for adults which was ok. Overall good for family, a bit expensive. Charges are mostly for the river.

I stayed over for 2N 3 days at this resort with my pet . The stay was extremely comfortable and they have a lot of activities to do around the property. Although there is nothing outside the resort. There are no shops nearby and no restaurants. This becomes a problem when we have to pay ₹99 for a bottle of water and the way too expensive food choices, the stay is comfortable. I need to mention that the food tastes horrendous. The breakfast which is complimentary is also lacking in options and the existing options are also abysmal tasting. They served one pastry cut into 4 small cubes and called that a cheesecake. The dragon chicken was flavourless flour fried to perfection. My pet had a nice time with us because rarely in India do you find properties where they allow your pet in the room.

It was a surprisingly cozy and hassle free stay at this resort. I am told that the management has been overtaken by a Thailand Cos. and it shows. Right from under the sink cleanliness to the smooth buggy rides, things work. Sual gripes about resort stays are old mossy rooms with the usual water sports. But U Rivergate spoiled my family with a nice afternoon tea actually besides an actual river and plenty of open spaces to walk and inhale calmness. I would be amiss not to mention the amazing collection of Bonsai trees (some on sale). Someone has the right knack for hospitality as well as preservation of nature and its good offerings. Needless to add, no hassling phone calls to vacate at 12 sharp. Thank you - might visit again.

I am very happy with the hospitality. Very good service by all the staff. They even extended our check out time and let us check in early also. Rooms were very nice with personal balcony with riverview. The view was good with flowing clean river water. The only thing i felt is outdoor activities, very risky set up that you cannot do anything without guidance and support but there was no one to help. Horse riding denied for 5 year old kid. Kayaking denied for kid no motor boats indoor games nothing as such for kids to enjoy so they can add some activities or games for kids that they will enjoy more. Food is also tasty. The best part it there baggie thats ready to take you anywhere you want to go within premises

I recently experienced an outstanding stay at the resort. The location is truly remarkable, with a breathtaking river flowing beside it, creating a serene atmosphere. The services provided were exceptional, and the rooms with a pool view were not only spacious but also impeccably clean. The buffet spread is excellent. The spa services were superb. The horse riding option was a great delight for kids. While everything was fantastic, incorporating an indoor kids play area would further enhance the overall experience. Overall our stay was fantastic.

I stayed at you river-gate karjat with my wife, daughter & parents and had an amazing experience. You river-gate is a spacious, beautiful property with a lot of options to spend time (cycling, swings etc. The property also has a river front which has a path within the property. We took a half board package where our breakfast and one of the meals were covered. Food was good as well. The staff was extremely polite and courteous. Overall, we had a great experience. Will come again after a few months for another round of peaceful break!

Property was neat and clean, with regular cleaning. Staffs were polite. Rooms were big and spacious.

U river-gate is the perfect vacation destination. The property is very well maintained. It has mesmerizing scenic beauty all around it's 60 acre campus. The river that passes through the property is the main center of attraction.

The stay was very pleasant hassle free check in and check out meals taken care of. The spread for breakfast and dinner was good my family enjoyed rooms were comfortable for stay riverside experience was good would love to visit again

The property is well maintained spread over acres of greenery and very indifferent spots such as the bonsai garden, riverside view, lush lawn area and much more. Taken care by a team of very warm and welcoming staff. Coming to the rooms, they are huge and much better than the other properties. Although the property is placed a lot in the interiors hence travel-ling with your own vehicle is feasible. Overall it was an amazing staycay!

You river-gate is a combination of a spacious resort with cute cottages spread across the periphery. Multiple activities like horse riding, biking, zip line archery and indoor games make it a fun and serene place. We enjoyed our stay and will be back for more.

I enjoyed my stay at u river gate. Rooms were very clean. Food was awesome. Beautiful and well maintained place. Reception should give more information to the guest regarding charges of activity, time of activity and rules regarding the same. Overall it was worth every penny spend.

Location is great but few rooms get river view. Ongoing construction in part of property so some rooms get poor ambience. Food was delicious and staff quite courteous.
