UCHAIYAA BY AR

The location is cool, parking you do outside the UCHAIYAA BY AR premises, but it is safe. Water bottle charge was 40/ piece for 2l which is 20 outside and was not cold. The room was super spacious and good, well maintained property, the guy at reception was great helping, loved his energy and the area nearby has great market and restaurant places, as of now construction has disturbed the road for time being. Talked to owner and liked his way of doing business. I would recommend it to everyone.

It was a great experience to stay here. Property is so elegant specifically restaurant as well as roof top restaurant. Staffs were polite and well trained. Rooms were spacious and neat and clean. There was nothing to write negative. Best property in siliguri. It was a plea-sent stay and i would love to stay here again. We travel-led as a family and we are extremely happy with the stay at unchaiyan. Very clear rooms and best part is room inside room that means two in one room. Very polite and humble staff. Restaurant at the terrace is amazing. Transparent plastic ceiling give a perfect ambience to dine at night while rain.

First of all the property is excellent at reasonable price range food was moderately good staff is very helpful and behaved very well room was clean and the ambiance was very pleasant i strongly recommend to have a stay there once. I am definitely looking forward to stay again if i come siliguri back again.

If you are looking for excellent UCHAIYAA BY AR at affordable price, this place is truly awesome. It’s new. So everything will be functional, near & clean. Don’t forget to visit roof top sitting area and restaurant of the UCHAIYAA BY AR on 4th floor. The manager is also co-operative.

The place was newly opened and the furnishing was great. Very hygienic and polite staff. The location was great as well as it is very close to shopping malls. Overall great stay and would definitely recommend and stay again. Very affordable too.

An excellent stay at the apartment. The staff are well behavior, room is good. The restaurant is really nice and well decorated we just fun of it. All over experience was fine. I just suggest the management to give a chair and a table in room.

Teh staff was very cooperative Room service was good 👍 and teh cleanliness was maintained Breakfast could have a been a little better but it was good enough.
