Udaan Alpine Resort, Gangtok

The location of the Udaan Alpine Resort, Gangtok is excellent and away from the crowd with magnificent views of the hills/dense forest. It's a bit 25-30 min away from mg marg but cabs are available (wagonr 500 bucks one side on private basis) easily from the main market. It's a perfect Udaan Alpine Resort, Gangtok and i would recommend if someone wants to live closer to nature rather than the concrete jungle that is there near mg road or other places. Staff is amazing and serves you with a big smile and it's for all. Food is also good with reasonable price (i have read some reviews that prices are high but considering my experience, prices are very reasonable considering a 4 star Udaan Alpine Resort, Gangtok except i felt for one thing which is hot gulab jamun with icecream. Again the price is fine but size of the sweet was small. Vegetarian people would like this more as it's a pure vegetarian Udaan Alpine Resort, Gangtok although alcohol is there. I stayed in room 102 and 104 both are family rooms. 102 can accommodate 4 members easily and 104 is bigger than 102. Both the rooms give excellent views right from your room. If you gets 101 or 104 it's a big plus and they have more space in attic area. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent stay for 2 nights. Please do opt for premium valley view room or above, it's really worth for the room and view. Restaurant has amazing food and staff with live music in the nights. Only please be careful in the route from gangtok to this resort. Self drive is risky and taxi is hazzle free. Resort is little outside of gangtok. Overall it's very good stay

Great place, lovely views. Rachna and twinkle were very warm and helpful when i reached the resort. Only downside is that this resort is in chongeytar village which is ~9km from m g marg. Private taxi fare to travel between m g marg and the resort would be anywhere around 500rs and taxi arranged by the resort costs even more (600-700rs.

The Udaan Alpine Resort, Gangtok offers exceptional service paired with a delightful ambiance. I adore this establishment, as its location is superb, providing a prime setting with satisfying views. Furthermore, the food quality is excellent, and it tastes absolutely delicious.

Wonderful ambience, staffs & hospitality😍 Must come place for photographers. Serene atmosphere is heavenly. Honeymoon couple may enjoy more😁

Hospitality is very good, property is maintained in a neat manner. Food is very good too and the singer was singing soothing songs, i loved that.

Stay was overall good but there was no curtain available for the doors. We took luxury room with balcony, balcony view was nice. Food was ok except a few items like lasagna which was not at all good. And rasgulla were hard. Not a good experience in that case.

Excellent stay with mountain views from the premium valley view room. Don't opt for deluxe view room. As view is not that great. Location is far away from gangtok city. Self drive to this location is risky and taxi is hazzle free. Overall excellent stay

The property was amazing, so clean and big rooms. Bathroom was also very clean. View from the Udaan Alpine Resort, Gangtok was mesmerising, our room was luxury room with balcony and fireplace. Service of the Udaan Alpine Resort, Gangtok was good. Food was amazing.
