Our highlight of a Christmas visit to Darjeeling was our stay at this fantastic Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling full of surprises. Our room to begin with floored us with its quintessential colonial vibe of wood work across living and bedroom and fireplaces to complete the Victorian vibe. Second surprise was that if you are staying at Dekeling, you don’t need to go to Tiger hill or any other point to enjoy the sunrise vibe of the Kanchenjunga. This Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling deck gives you the best view, just be up at 6 am, grand a blanket and a cup of your favourite tea/ coffee, and enjoy the spectacular golden hues (if it’s not a foggy morning that is). Then comes the food, during booking we never realised it was a omelette vegetarian Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling, but to our surprise every meal including breakfast at the Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling was finger licking vegetarian food with great variety. And to top it all the staff of the Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling takes the prize away, for being the perfect host and making your stay special every moment. Overall our fondest memory of Darjeeling was the stay at this Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling.

I booked udaan dekeling resort for 2 days looking at good ratings in google and must say it was worth it. Based on my stay experience: location : 9/10 food : 9/10(veg only) stay experience: 8/10 service: 9/10 breakfast: 8/10 rooms beddings: 8/10 pros: the view from Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling is amazing, nice cozy coffee shop on 1st floor with mountain view, decorative flowers all over and greenery in entire property differentiates from others in vicinity. The location of the Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling is startegic with about 1 km from dhr station, market area. Rooms are spacious enough with wooden decor, with all required amenities and housekeeping staff at quick service. It was worth mentioning that during lunch and dinner, staff was so welcoming, ensuring the food is served hot, customising as per need. Also food though only veg and a limited variety, had good mouth watering dishes including desserts. Cons: the rooms could have been better insulated for voice.

The property is located away from crowded place at a serene location overlooking the valley. However, driving to Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling is bit strenuous due to heavy traffic causing frustration due to long waits on road and then the steep ramp leading to the Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling from the main road. The Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling management is very cooperative in fulfilling your demands but need to keep the property common areas clean. Restaurant has wide variety of food choices to make but in buffet it needs to add more delicacies. The Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling must follow strict restaurant timings and not just change it at their own discretion. The overall pleasant stay in Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling gets marred by the nightmarish traffic in the place. Overall a pleasant stay in the property.

We stayed for 2 days in udaan dekling. We booked a British room. Room and bathroom was clean and spacious. Staff were courteous and well behavior. Restaurant was hygienic. They follow social distancing. Room has wooden interior and furniture. Restaurant was only veg. But very delicious. You can order food from outside. Room service was good. You get to see clear view of kunchenjunga from Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling room and valley view. There is a lawn to relax. Beautiful decor and ambiance. Location of Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling is 2 km s from mall. It's convenient to walk. They provided dental kit. Slipper. Electric kettle. Geyser and room heater. There was a separate living room and bedroom. Wooden floors and stairs like old british vintage homes. I loved and enjoyed the stay.

We stayed at udaan for our vacation and had an amazing time. Room was great with beautiful view of mountains. Mountain view with cloud was breathtaking. All mentioned amenities were present. Safety wise also whole Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling is very safe. Food was amazing specially pasta and dal makhni. My wife birthday was coming so i requested for a candle light dinner and decoration. It was done beautifully and above expectations. We had amazing candle light dinner in sitting area with awesome view of veally. Room was also decorated beautifully. Hotel also provided us free dinner on our last night stay. Thanks a lot to pritam sarkar, entire housekeeping staff and entire udaan dekeling Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling staff for amazing time given to us.

the udaan dekeling resort is a beautiful property located 10 mins. from mall road. we had booked the english cottage. if you are a fan of heritage/old stuffs, you will like this place. there's a fireplace too (apart from the room heater)! though we had visited darjeeling during the off-season, we were lucky to get a glimpse of the mighty mt. kunchenjunga. you can get good snaps of the peak from the coffee house. rooms were spacious. you might not find adequate illumination in these rooms, but it's manageable. lights could have been provided near the dressing table. food is ok. you can order food from outside. staff is helpful and courteous. recommended.👍🏻.

I rated 4 because of location on the top of hills with cleanliness and tasty breakfast and dinner. Wifi is really a problem here in almost all the Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeelings on the top. Don't depend on mobile data that will also not work. We choose british room which was great in first time experience considering the fire place, the chandelier, wooden interior feels like you are in british era again. No bells in any room. Prefer booking room on top floor for clear view of kanchangega mountain. Mall road is near by but by walk seems little difficult because of the slope while coming back. Easily get taxi from market in 300 one way.

We booked heritage property british room. View was awsome. Staff is very helpful and kind. Room heaters available. Food was good and pure vegetarian restaurant.

Nice place at the top of the hill. You will get nice scenic views from the Udaan Dekeling Resort, Darjeeling itself. Its pure veg and food quality is also good. But its little expensive.

Good picturesque location, nice design of the resort, courteous staff. Cost was on the higher side given that breakfast was not included in the booking. Dosa served on the last day was stale. That was not expected from this level of resort.
