Udaan Dekeling Resort & Spa, Darjeeling

Stayed at udaan dekling with my family for 3 nights in their luxury family room. Several things made for a wonderful experience during this time. Firstly, the Udaan Dekeling Resort & Spa, Darjeeling is very conveniently located approximately 15 mins from the central market area (known as the mall road. Yes, there is a steep slope to reach the rooms, but i don't think there's much to be done about it given the terrain in general. Next, the view from the room balcony, as well as the common garden areas of the Udaan Dekeling Resort & Spa, Darjeeling, was absolutely stunning - at times we found it hard to take our eyes off the kanchenjunga range when it presented itself in full view (depends on weather and cloud-cover but we were lucky enough to catch it almost everyday. Lastly, and probably the most important aspect, was the unbelievably warm and hospitable staff that made our stay truly memorable. The entire team, including abhinay, riya, shreya, pranesh, reyan and everyone else, is a top bunch of professionals. They were willing to offer their help in every way possible, be it helping with booking local transport, suggesting places to visit and the best times to do so, or just simply catering to our food orders. The overall approach of the staff was very personable and warm. Anyone considering this property, especially for a family vacation, shouldn't have to think twice before going for it. Can't wait to be back!

Udaan dekeling resort turned out to be a great Udaan Dekeling Resort & Spa, Darjeeling - both in terms of service and the quality of the resort. The best thing is the kanchenjunga views on a clear day. Though this is a purely vegetarian Udaan Dekeling Resort & Spa, Darjeeling, the menu is quite good and provides very good food round the clock. The staff is very helpful and attentive. The location is a little far away from the darjeeling mall and hence you might have to hire a cab every-time you want to go there (unless you are ok to walk for 15-20 minutes) on hilly roads. Overall, highly recommended if you are planning to be in darjeeling soon.

I had an amazing experience at Udaan Dekeling Hotel in Darjeeling. The resort offers a nice and calm environment perfect for a relaxing getaway. The views from the rooms were really nice. The staff was extremely supportive and attentive, ensuring a comfortable stay. The rooms and the overall ambiance of the Udaan Dekeling Resort & Spa, Darjeeling exude a premium and luxurious feel. Highly recommended!

The place is awesome. We stayed here for two days and it was really comfortable. The food quality is ❤️. Services and amenities are well up to the mark. The best part is the view of Kanchanjunga from the guest lawn. It made our day there. NOTE: Use cab to reach there from the Mall Road. The road is too steep to climb for the tired legs.

It was a great experience. Staff was so cooperative and polite. Service was so good. Rooms were very clean. View from Udaan Dekeling Resort & Spa, Darjeeling was very nice. Overall experience was very very nice. Thanks to all staff of udaan. They are like my family members now.
