Udaan Himalayan Suites, Darjeeling

Location is not that great, as it is tough to board or even get down from the car without causing a jam. The Udaan Himalayan Suites, Darjeeling is just about 1. 5 km away from mall road and it is very close to darjeeling station. The kanchenjunga view from the room is excellent. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained. The food options are really good; however, during the new year weekend, the service was quite slow. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the food spread.

Apart from restaurant of this Udaan Himalayan Suites, Darjeeling, all other departments are not up to mark, Udaan Himalayan Suites, Darjeeling is 2 km far from mall road, restaurant staff is very nice, well behaved, very attentive. Other side the reception staff desk staff not responsive. I have report about broken flush button in toilet and it took them 2 days to replace. Internet is very slow/wifi issue so it's not the Udaan Himalayan Suites, Darjeeling suitable for wfh person

Very good Hotel , overall service was very good, food was excellent although they serve only veg but outside food is allowed. Location is bit far away from Mall and others popular restaurants like Keventers and Glenary's if you cover it through walking. Toiletries need to improve, no liquid handwash , no shaving kit , shower gel is also not sufficient...I think these are basics things need to improve....Otherwise view from kanchanjunga room is fine if weather remains clear.

We had a very pleasant experience staying at udaan himalayas spa at darjeeling. Right from the courtesy at the front office to room service and the support staff were all very hospitable. The food at grains - the in-house restaurant was very healthy, balanced, tasty and authentic preparation. The manager and the servers at the restaurant were also very courteous and went on delight our dining experience. We plan to return soon. Jay & vijaya

One of the best experiences in a Udaan Himalayan Suites, Darjeeling ..Room with kanchanjunga view was mesmerizing..Food was at a different level.. Everything tasted like it was made not only with spices and herbs but with pure love and emotion..Rooms were very tidy and clean..The staff was very courteous too..Overall an excellent stay..Kudos to the Udaan Himalayan team.

The Udaan Himalayan Suites, Darjeeling location is perfect in town. Darjeeling railway station is just 2 minutes walk away also mall road is very near by. Rooms were very clean and tidy. Had a great view of kanchenjunga from the room. Enjoyed the stay here

We have stayed at udaan himalayan suites for 2 days. I would recommend this Udaan Himalayan Suites, Darjeeling as nice property with kanchenjunga view. Service is good but food is not upto the mark at times. I think it could be improved a lot.

The rooms and services were good. The only thing was that we had to waste 2 buckets of water to get proper hot water in the bathroom, maybe because of the solar facility. This could be improved to reduce water wastage.
